街の中心からは少し距離がありますが、駅からは近くて便利です。 大通りから外れているので比較的静かでした。 日本のビジネスホテルというイメージです。 バスタブがあったので、ゆっくりとお湯につかれました。 エアコンのききは今ひとつでしたが、そこはご愛嬌ということで。

バスタブのお湯が排水されなくなるトラブルがあったが、フロントに申し出ると深夜だったのに即座に新しい部屋を用意してくれた。スタッフの対応が非常にスマートだったので、トラブルがあったが気持ちよく滞在することが出来た。

New, clean, enough space of room..., the facility is good in this priceing class. But these is only a shower booth, no bathtub. The workers of hotel is kindly and friendly. But there are some problem about the location. In front of hotel, the tram rails are placed, and tram is running from early morning to midnight. The vibration of running trams is felt in the room. The access to the city center is 10 minutes by walk, and 2 minutes to a tram stop, 5 minutes to a subway station.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, fluent in English. Great breakfast included Bulgaria’s famous yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage and European-style cold cuts and cheeses. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the gold-bricked streets of the historic downtown. Limited dining options near the hotel but a small market with fresh vegetables, bottled water and Cokes, etc. is a three-minute walk.

Great hotel. Great breakfast . Near the station and literally next to the tram line to take you into the city . Bar environment good. Would stay here again

My experience was very good

Started with having to climb seven flights of stairs because lift wasn’t working then the room and bed smelt badly of cigarette smoke despite asking for a non-smoking room. Everytime I went to reception they ignored me and continued speaking to other employees in Bulgarian as if I didn’t exist. The breakfast was nice and staff in dining room were pleasant.

The room is quite small and dimly lit. The furniture is dark brown and so is the carpet. We were there in mid April and found the room very warm. We opened the window to let in some cool air but that was a short term solution because of the street noise.

Es war durchgehend sehr laut. Sowohl der Straßenverkehr als auch die Menschen im Hotel. Das war sehr nervig. Ich konnte mich wenig erholen.

Hotel com condições muito boas. Atendentes excelentes, amigáveis. Restaurante, igualmente.

Excelente! Superou minhas expectativas. Muito perto da estação central, próximo do metrô. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem restaurante no hotel e a comida é muito boa.

Pernotto 4 notti agli inizi di dicembre 2024. Lati positivi: - 2 persone in camera matrimoniale abbiamo speso 247 euro totali per 4 notti; - materasso comodo; - stanza calda; - personale della reception gentile. Lati negativi: - pur avendo una camera molto spaziosa, c'era poco spazio adibito ad appoggiare i nostri vestiti: 1 sola sedia, 1 armadio a vista con 2 sole grucce; - impianto elettrico discutibile: il lato dx del letto poteva accendere e spegnere la luce del lato sx, ma la luce sx non si accendeva. Di contro gli interruttori all'ingresso della stanza, non spegnevano tutte le luci! Per questo, bisognava andare all'interruttore al lato sx del letto!! - stanza molto buia: abbiamo dovuto usare la scrivania utilizzando la luce del nostro cellulare! - il tasto veramente dolente però è stata la colazione: apparentemente varia, ma ci siamo accorti che i pomodori avevano la muffa!! Forse erano stati tagliati la sera prima (il che non sarebbe un problema), ma conservati male. Avvisato il personale di sala, ha inizialmente tolto solo i pezzi che risultavano ammuffiti visibilmente, non preoccupandosi di tutti gli altri contaminati!! Poi ha realizzato che lo stavamo guardando e allora è tornato a prendere tutta la ciotola, l'ha portata in cucina e un istante dopo l'ha rimessa fuori: avrà buttato il contenuto oppure lo avrà rimesso sul self-service tale e quale?!? - il personale di sala, "pulisce" i tavoli buttando le briciole sulle sedie. I tavoli hanno gli angoli sbeccati.
