A not so good to say the least. A per hour yse base hotel looks like. Spent only one night was there for less then 12hrs. The only good thing is the shoping mall infront of the hotel front door.

Our original room (902) for one night was very nice, clean, functional. The room that we were given when we returned from a one-day tour (702) and which we stayed in for six nights was substandard. The paint on the walls in the room was chipped and peeling, there was a stain on the carpet, part of the door frame was ripped out, the room frequently smelled of cigarette smoke and had to be aired out, the bathroom faucet wobbled, there was no cabinet around the bathroom sink (as there was in 902), the shower curtain went straight across, but the bathtub was circular, so the floor was routinely flooded after showering. The hallway on the 7th floor near our room, needed painting. Breakfast had a variety of food and was tasty. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Table service staff in the bar never seemed to be happy. The night that we arrived there was a power outage that affected the entire area around the hotel, including the hotel, so we were unable to check in. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, and made our wait as good as possible in those circumstances. The woman who then checked us in when the electricity was restored was obviously stressed but handled the situation professionally and was courteous and patient with all of us.

The altitude of the front desk is bad. I won't stay this hotel again in the future.

Employees at breakfast restaurant have more focus on smartphones and talking than on service Overpriced Poor (no) wifi

Room was OK but the air conditioner wasn't working properly. They offered to move us after we got back to the hotel at 10:00 but we managed to get it working sort of and couldn't be bothered moving at that time of night.

Das Hotel hatte fliegen in der Lampe, das Bad hat sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, es war alles nur eine reine Katastrophe! Das Frühstück und der Kaffee waren unmöglich. Ich könnte schreiben und schreiben... auf gar keinen Fall war dieses Hotel 4* wert, höchstens 2*. Mehr auf gar keinen Fall!

Hotel très bien situé : 15mn à pied du centre, facile d'accès en voiture, places de parking devant l’hôtel.Chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipées Le charme désuet d'un hôtel au Top il y a 40 ans. La propreté, seule vrai point noir, est surement d'époque.

We stayed 3 nights for this Hotel Not worth the $ to stay Mattress not comfort, too soft Breakfast acceptable but not 4 class style There is a shopping mall beside the hotel, that only credit on this Hotel

It looks more than 3 star, rooms are old fashioned. Breakfast are not perfect. Faciliets are bad quality in the bathroom , its not worty this price to this hotel

Kamer was ruim. Het bed voelde je de vering door de matras. Bubbelbad deed het niet. Automaat van de vruchtensappen deed het niet. Dit was allebei de ochtenden dat wij er waren het geval. Als de logees dit meldden, werden de schouders opgehaald. Dit was makkelijk op te lossen door een paar pakken jus d'orange neer te zetten. Uiteindelijk werden er wat kannen water neergezet.

L'albergo si trova in posizione strategica, essendo assai vicino non solo al centro di Plovdiv ma anche alla stazione degli autobus provenienti da Sofia. Arredamento un po' sgargiante ma simpatico. Piuttosto scomodo il bagno, a causa dello spazio ridotto del water e di una vasca-doccia poco pratica. Il personale alla reception è poco cordiale

Da ristrutturare...il personale è eccezionale. Da migliorare non tanto la pulizia (che viene fatta), ma gli arredi, muri, etc...che sono talvolta un po' troppi vissuti

Nice hotel near center with basic services. Only two things were not so good. 1. It was really hot at summer, and the air conditioning in the rooms was really insufficient. The machine was at full setting and it was not enough for room that size. 2. The breakfast, they run out of many items during the breakfast serving hours, and the waiter was really slow to filling the trays. Ihan ok ja siisti hotelli lähellä keskustaa ja kävelykatua. Ainoat miinukset tulee tosi pienestä ilmastointilaitteesta mikä ei mitenkään riittänyt kesäkuumilla isoon huoneeseen. Yöt oli vaikeita nukkua. Ja toisena aamiainen. Missä tarjottavat oli jatkuvasti loppu, ja tarjoilija hyvin verkkaisesti täytteli uusia syömisiä samaan aikaan kun syöjät kyttäsivät milloin uudet ruuat saapuvat.
