Leipzig Hotel

The staff was very politely and the hotel is on very good location

A not so good to say the least. A per hour yse base hotel looks like. Spent only one night was there for less then 12hrs. The only good thing is the shoping mall infront of the hotel front door.

Our original room (902) for one night was very nice, clean, functional. The room that we were given when we returned from a one-day tour (702) and which we stayed in for six nights was substandard. The paint on the walls in the room was chipped and peeling, there was a stain on the carpet, part of the door frame was ripped out, the room frequently smelled of cigarette smoke and had to be aired out, the bathroom faucet wobbled, there was no cabinet around the bathroom sink (as there was in 902), the shower curtain went straight across, but the bathtub was circular, so the floor was routinely flooded after showering. The hallway on the 7th floor near our room, needed painting. Breakfast had a variety of food and was tasty. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Table service staff in the bar never seemed to be happy. The night that we arrived there was a power outage that affected the entire area around the hotel, including the hotel, so we were unable to check in. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, and made our wait as good as possible in those circumstances. The woman who then checked us in when the electricity was restored was obviously stressed but handled the situation professionally and was courteous and patient with all of us.

Room was OK but the air conditioner wasn't working properly. They offered to move us after we got back to the hotel at 10:00 but we managed to get it working sort of and couldn't be bothered moving at that time of night.

Everything was great , good location near transit , I am happy.

We stayed 3 nights for this Hotel Not worth the $ to stay Mattress not comfort, too soft Breakfast acceptable but not 4 class style There is a shopping mall beside the hotel, that only credit on this Hotel

Nice spot. 10 minute walk to city centre. Shopping mall conveniently across the street. Not a lot of great food options very close.

Very good, budget hotel, cannot fault it in any way! The restaurant just outside the hotel was really nice, had a lovely meal there! Only stayed one night on our way from Sofia to Sunny Beach, but never regretted our pick!

The location was great, right by the park, pedestrian shopping street, and bus/train stations. Everything was clean and comfortable, but my favorite was the staff, who made me a little breakfast in a bag to take on the 6:00 bus. (Only note of caution is if you have kids and don't want them watching adult stuff, you might wanna nab their TV remote.)

I liked everything about this hotel except the bathroom. I think somehow we had the disabled room so when we showered water went everywhere and it did not drain. You were standing in puddles of soapy water, it wasn't nice but everything else was fine.

Was comfortable hotel with pleasant door and reception staff . Good location . Could use a serious update if decor in all areas of hotel . This would make hotel Leipzig a top class 5 star hotel

I only stayed one night! Walking distance to city centre ideal nice hotel nice staff! Only thing let hotel down was the bar it was full of smokers and you could cut the smoke with a knife! If you do not like smoke avoid bar!

Have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and very happy with it. This time a staff member thanked me for my last review. This was the staff member who was so helpful during my last stay, which was very nice, again I thank her and the rest of the hotel staff I dealt with. Wishing them all a very Happy Christmas :)

Nice place to stay. The room decoration is a little bit old fashion. Too bad to have only one lift when you are on the top floor!

Really enjoyable stay, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. White Bar next door was always busy and the staff were fantastic and fun!

Well, first upon check in, I found that my reservation with Hotels.com, was not received , I was lucky as there is till vacant rooms at the hotel, this issue really upset me. the other thing that the room TV offers for free adult channels among the general list which must be prohibited or controlled

This is my third stay in Hotel Leipzig and glad to say I am very impressed. Staff very helpful and accommodating. As I am vegan one lady in particular was very helpful. Would I recommend,,,,, yes

Clean & comfy but a bit stuffy due to inadequate aircon. Very interesting decor!

The hotel stands out, its comfortable clean and well maintained. Its a 5 minute walk from south bus station (Yug) and 5 mins from medical uni. Will definitely be staying there again

2nd time staying here great pizza and room service was superb will stay again om my next trip
