My room was so clean. I had delicious breakfast every morning. There is a good restaurant, Urban Tree Hut, near the hotel.

すたっふがとても親切でした。

夜にバーカウンターを利用しました。プールは小さめですが、素敵なホテルです。おすすめ。

初日シャワーブースの水はけが大変悪くトイレまで浸水し、こんなもんか、と思っていたら、次の日は清掃してくれたのか詰まりがなくなって、何もいってないのに気がついてくれて嬉しかったです。シャワーカーテンがないのだけ残念

安いのにデザインや雰囲気、サービスやシャワー等の機能もいいです。

非常にきれいな部屋で満足しました。浴槽にお湯を溜め、一日の疲れが癒されました、湯量も問題ありませんでした。

少し高いが、ナイトマーケットなどの中心部から近く、徒歩でも十分に行ける距離でとても便利。周辺の道路は少し暗いものの、人通りも多く活気があるので安心して通行出来ます。 従業員のサービスも良く、部屋も清潔で日本人も安心して利用できます。

We stayed 3 nights for The Privilege Deluxe King at Ladear Privilege Rooms. Front staff, Restaurant staff, Bed making staffs are all friendly and kind. Also, they providing free airport pick up and drop off. Room was clean and they do bed making with towel art every day. All room lights and room items are works well. Bathroom also clean and good size. Well, I prefer more deep soking bathtub. There was not very deep. Wifi was little bit weak. Breakfast can choose from 5 different kind of choices. We have tried both western and Asian breakfast. I recommend Asian brekfast. The only problem was alot of mosquitos were in restaurant & bar area. If you are easy to get bite, should use protect mosquito spray. We also used SPA as well. Clean and had good chilled time. We would love to stay next time again.

The Internet was cutting off. Breakfast had plenty of options and fresh. People are friendly and welcoming. The pools were great

Hotel on the decline, rooms not dusted ( cleaned correctly) tiles missing from both pools, no coffee at breakfast sitting.

Hotel was nice, beds were good, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was super kind. Happy hour was good, but could get mosquitoes at times and I booked a pool view but definitely got a street view. Definitely more noisey, good thing we have air plugs. No upgrade, but they did offer a free foot massage👍

Really enjoyable, friendly stuff, good service ,hotel in the center. Good Breakfast peaceful. Clean. Will come back, unforgettable experience.

What a relaxing and chill atmosphere!

One of the more relaxing hotel we've stayed at, we reserved 3 rooms that walks into a the pool. Staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast options was also great, glad they didn't just have the usual toast and pancake options but included Cambodian food. Lots of eatery nearby. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Warm, friendly, and comfortable Access to the pool from the rooms was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The property was well-located for the centre of Siem Reap, so we found it convenient and we enjoyed our stay

The property was well reviewed in 2016, but it has fallen far from the ratings it received a decade ago. The accommodations were not good, and basic needs like hot water was hit or miss. We had two rooms, and 1 room never had hot water our entire stay despite asking for the staff to look into it. One room had a leaky refrigerator. Internet WiFi was terrible, but I think that's just Cambodia infrastructure for you. Mostly was annoyed at how slow or dismissive the staff was with each issue. It's like they got our money and couldn't be bothered with the inconveniences we experienced that were supposed to be standards for any hotel... like a refresh of face towels after housekeeping reset the rooms.

The place was good and walking distance from from the town proper of Siam Reap. The staff were kind, helpful and nice. Over all stay was good. Would recommend
