The Internet was cutting off. Breakfast had plenty of options and fresh. People are friendly and welcoming. The pools were great

Hotel on the decline, rooms not dusted ( cleaned correctly) tiles missing from both pools, no coffee at breakfast sitting.

Tout était parfait.

My room was so clean. I had delicious breakfast every morning. There is a good restaurant, Urban Tree Hut, near the hotel.

Hotel was nice, beds were good, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was super kind. Happy hour was good, but could get mosquitoes at times and I booked a pool view but definitely got a street view. Definitely more noisey, good thing we have air plugs. No upgrade, but they did offer a free foot massage👍

Really enjoyable, friendly stuff, good service ,hotel in the center. Good Breakfast peaceful. Clean. Will come back, unforgettable experience.

What a relaxing and chill atmosphere!

One of the more relaxing hotel we've stayed at, we reserved 3 rooms that walks into a the pool. Staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast options was also great, glad they didn't just have the usual toast and pancake options but included Cambodian food. Lots of eatery nearby. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Warm, friendly, and comfortable Access to the pool from the rooms was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The property was well-located for the centre of Siem Reap, so we found it convenient and we enjoyed our stay

The property was well reviewed in 2016, but it has fallen far from the ratings it received a decade ago. The accommodations were not good, and basic needs like hot water was hit or miss. We had two rooms, and 1 room never had hot water our entire stay despite asking for the staff to look into it. One room had a leaky refrigerator. Internet WiFi was terrible, but I think that's just Cambodia infrastructure for you. Mostly was annoyed at how slow or dismissive the staff was with each issue. It's like they got our money and couldn't be bothered with the inconveniences we experienced that were supposed to be standards for any hotel... like a refresh of face towels after housekeeping reset the rooms.

The place was good and walking distance from from the town proper of Siam Reap. The staff were kind, helpful and nice. Over all stay was good. Would recommend

Für ein paar Tage okay, Frühstück war zum schnunzeln und satt werden. Die Auflagen auf unserm Balkon müssten erneuert werden und der Dreck vorheriger Gäste sollte entfernt werden. Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel hatte ich eigentlich gebucht, weil die Fotos toll aussahen und die Rezessionen auch sehr gut waren. Als ich im Zimmer ankam dachte ich aber sofort, ok, so schick wie auf den Bildern ist das Zimmer und auch die Pool-Anlage nicht. Im Pool fehlen diverse Kacheln und der Zimmerboden könnte auch mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Und dann, als ich das Bett kontrollierte traf mich der Blitz. Überall auf dem Laken hatte es Flecken, einfach nur widerlich. Das Reinigungs-Team war nicht mehr vor Ort. Der völlig überforderte junge Mann von der Rezeption fragte mich, ob es in Ordnung wäre, wenn die Laken erst am nächsten Tag gewechselt werden. Natürlich war das nicht akzeptabel. Zusammen mit dem Herrn wechselte ich die Anzüge. Aber es wurde nur noch schlimmer. Es kamen noch viel schlimmere Flecken zum Vorschein. Ich kann es kaum beschreiben, seht euch einfach die Bilder an. Danach wechselte ich das Zimmer. Und auch in diesem hatte es mehrer Flecken auf dem Laken. Das dritte Zimmer war einigermassen in Ordnung, allerdings zur Strasse gerichtet und es hörte sich an, als ob der Verkehr durchs Zimmer rauscht. Nach all dem habe ich gleich wieder ausgecheckt und bin in ein 5-Sterne Hotel gegangen, wo alles zur völligen Zufriedenheit war. Den zweiten Stern in meiner Bewertung hat das Hotel nur bekommen, weil ich die Buchung komplett erstattet bekommen habe. Keine Ahnung warum dieses Hotel eine solch gute bzw. hohe Bewertung auf dieser Plattform hat.

Short stay at this property. The bed and the wifi just didn’t do it for us. Mrs. Money in sales was more than understanding and agreed to fully refund the rest of my stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Great location and will work for most!
