24h体制で30分おきにバスが出てるのは最高！ 一点改善点は、シャワーの排水が壊れていたので、不快だった。

館内にレストランがあれば、より良かった。

空港から近いので、大変便利でした。 空港までのシャトルバスが、30分に一度運行されています。時間が定刻通りに運行されているので、早朝の便でしたので、大変助かりました。

モダンななデザインで空港からのアクセスは良い。部屋が寒かった。飲み物がカーペットに溢れて濡れたままの状態の場所があった。ヘアトリートメントが無い。ホテルの廊下が臭すぎる。近くにレストランやカフェが無いので車がないとかなり不便。

Staying at a loft was seamless. Excellent friendly staff, fantastic bar, an excellent shuttle service. We’ll stay again!

Comfortable bed & linens. Lovely shower with the best hair conditioner. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

Bel hôtel, confortable, bien situé. Il y avait cependant une odeur de plastique dans le hall et les corridors. Expérience olfactive à améliorer.

Comfy rooms that are nicely styled. Really convenient location, especially if your flight is really early ( the shuttle starts at 6) you can walk to the airport in under 15 minutes. Staff at the bar were good and the gym was nice. The pool is okay but in need some of love (renovation/deep clean).

The room was clean and updated. Staff was great, check in was great but the down side is that the walls are basically made of paper. We only had 3 hrs of sleep because of flights and in the morning we could hear every single door slamming shut loudly. The first few times it woke us up in a panic it was so loud. For a hotel that looks this good you would think they would have made the walls more sound proof.

We stayed at the property the night before the start of our vacation. After traveling up to Montreal, we were tired and hungry. We thought we’d grab a quick bite to eat at WXYZ. That “quick” bite ended up with us not eating until 21:00. I ordered a fairly simple smoked meat sandwich with fried pickles. My husband ordered a steak sandwich. After waiting more than 30-minutes the one woman who was handing the bar and food offered us a free drink bc it was taking so long. When the food came out, I did not get the fried pickles I ordered. When I asked out them, the lady said, “you didn’t order them, you ordered fries.” She put the order in for the fried pickles, which took another 15 minutes and we were charged for them. Overall not a great experience.

Le petit déjeuner est libre mais on sait pas le prix des produits ça sera la surprise L hôtel calme mais le bruit des avions a perturbé mon sommeil

I wasn't there long enough to use the amenities. Staff was great, location and access to airport was superb. Shuttle was pretty much full when it stopped by the hotel at 5:30 am. We had to wait for the next shuttle which made things a bit tight at the airport. All in all, for the short stay we had the service was great.

the sink drain didn’t work properly so the water was stuck there for a long time making it hard to use the sink. other than that the room was ok, but the seat cushions had stains and a random clothing wipe was left on the desk, i guess they forgot to remove it after cleaning. the staff was helpful but did not like the tone of the manager, because i am a young customer
