Tout était parfait La vue de la chambre sur le fjord était splendide.

The view was breathtaking and the staff was very friendly.

Chambre très propre. Personnel très gentil et avenant. Pour la première fois notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée. Plus jamais! C'est vraiment trop bruyant! Ca commence tôt le matin et ca se calme autour de 22h -23h. Cà parle fort, les enfants courent dans le passage. La direction pourrait peut-être mettre des affiches afin de respecter la tranquillité des clients. La chambre n'est pas moins chère. À moins d'ajuster le prix de ces chambres en conséquence.

Ils sont en train de tout rénover l’hôtel ça va être incroyable en plus la location directement devant le fyorj est incroyable

***Attention aux faux avis qui m'ont duppé*** Ma facture $218,69. Les photos sont du 10 mars 2026. L'hotel est désuet et malpropre, était en rénovation et dans un état de décrépitude jamais vue en 30 ans de voyage d'affaire. Le lit étais malpropre avec des tâches de 2" de diamètre et plusieurs cheveux noir de 12" de lond. J'ai du me frayer un chemin au travers de matériaux et des équipement de construction pour me rendre à ma chambre. Malgré le fait que la personne à l'accueil m'ai assuré que le séjour serait tranquille, je me suis fair réveillé à l'aube par des travailleurs qui tiraient des matériaux dans le conteneur à quelque pieds de ma fenêtre. N'y allez pas, ce genre d'établissement ne mérite pas votre clientèle. Ps Même si ils se disent pets freindly, ils chargent $63 par nuit pour un caniche miniature...

La chambre est propre et relativement petite, mais tout le nécessaire y est. Le décor et l’ameublement des chambres ne sont pas à jour, contrairement à la réception et au restaurant, donc je crois qu’ils sont possiblement en rénovation. Le service était très bien. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, c’est dommage que les prix soient aussi élevés pour ce type d’établissement. Je crois qu’avec des prix plus raisonnables et abordables, vous auriez beaucoup plus de clients qui profiteraient de l’endroit car il y a une très belle vue sur La Baie et le Fjord du Saguenay. C’est un merveilleux emplacement qui a un énorme potentiel.

Chambre impeccable, restauration excellente. Seul bémol, ont entend les gens de notre chambre. Insonorisation manquante.

Tres belle endroit

Très bel endroit. Aimé la salle à manger avec vue sur l'eau.

We loved the location of the hotel and the view. We had a room at the rear but the view can still be appreciated from the restaurant and garden. Staff were helpful. Restaurant was good with nice food and good portions.

The Hotel is situated in a lovely location with views over the Saguenay Fjord but is lacking in atmosphere, comfort, very dated with a dining room/bar with basic tables, no soft seating & very limited dinner menu. No lunch menu but Breakfast was passable. The two other reception areas were cluttered with boxes & bits of furniture. The lift was antiquated & one had to hold the selected floor button until arriving else it would stop mid floors. Our bedroom was OK, good view. Check-In was dreadful, the receptionist Chantal was rude, when I asked her to repeat how to use the lift, "what language do you speak" was the reply! When I asked for recommendations re. outdoor trips the reply was, "everywhere is beautiful, check Goggle" .... no mention of the National Park 30 minutes away & the fantastic walking, boating, kayaking etc. Our room wasn't serviced on Day 2 & instead of apologising, it was suggested we hadn't used the appropriate "Make up the room card". Basically, this hotel has the potential to be good but has been spoilt by poor management & ill trained and lazy staff. In addition, the Hotel Website English Version requires updating e.g. timings for Breakfast & facilities that don't exist!

Endroit propre tranquille Chambre et accueil tout s est bien passé

I loved the restaurant as well as the views of the fjord from the restaurant as well as the grounds. Rooms were nice though the floors were wooden as as such transmitted sounds easily. The only problem I had was that I found long strands of hair in the cover sheet on my bed. I was lucky that the reception staff person was able and willing to change the sheets. I never heard from the manager despite asking to speak with them. That was disappointing and poor service. There was also an old piece of pie in the fridge. I would expect for for a 4 star hotel that was not cheap!

Super !! Nous avons adoré et la nourriture était superbe.

L’arrivée est un peu problématique. La façon d’utiliser la carte d’accès à la chambre n’est pas clairement expliquée, l’écran de la serrure est complètement noir et il n’est pas dit qu’il faut peser sur tel bouton précis sinon on risque de verrouiller l’accès, ce que j’ai fait. Heureusement, la préposée était sur place et est venue à mon secours. C’est très ennuyeux, après 5 heures de route, de devoir se battre pour avoir accès à notre chambre. Alice Gagnon
