Hot tub was murky. Area around pool was dirty. Storage and mess behind tables in group seating area by pool. Tables dirty. When we offered to clean the area we were given a dirty cloth to clean it. Then power went out in our room when we were getting ready to leave. Could not call front desk when power went out in room because phone did not work. Could not finish getting ready. Told front desk at checkout but they said they could not do anything for our stay because we booked with expedia. Then charged or cc more than expedia price. Not happy.

Breakfast was good.

Under construction, parking lot falling apart, garbage and abandoned vehicles in the parking lot.

Excellent and beautiful place to stay! The pool room is so gorgeous and peaceful. Staff at front desk were more than exceptional, very friendly! Room was amazing very clean and spacious.

Breakfast by definition was offered. The selection of food was not good and cold. Simply the selection with fruit , muffins and maybe cereal that takes little preparation but stays fresh for some time. It was not good but acceptable because it is free.

Breakfast wasn't good, hallways where old and dirty, beds uncomfortable. They need a major update and clean.

The noise from the pipes banging in our room #101, kept waking us up through out the night. The fridge also was very noisy. Did not get a restful sleep. Breakfast was good and staff friendly :)

My kids enjoy soaking in the pool and hot tub.My boy cant contain his happiness in our little cute room -1 queen bed and a mini living room..Very quiet environment and excellent buffet breakfast. Thank you Red Deer Baymont.

Pool was nice hot tub a little toasty

The rooms are newly renovated with new deco and equipment, e.g. microwave oven and the little pantry. But encountered a big experience that I found my credit card was charge a $2xx fee with $5 whatever charge from the hotel (I paid to Expedia for the room fee before checking in). Then I emailed to the hotel and was told by a frontdesk staff that they said the room chair found a cigarette burnt damage without my notice. We didn't smoke and I thought it was a non-smoking room, why I was charged extra for that ridiculous reason?? Then I replied the email again and raised my objection towards this. Finally, the assistant manager apologized and reversed the charge to my credit card. Indeed, I had been staying in this hotel for a few times before, loved their room with walk out access to the hot tub and pool, as well as with free breakfast. And found that they just got renovated, that's a plus. I will rebook this hotel sometime later, and hope that no such unhappy experience again.

Yes 100 percent for sure

Pillows and blankets smelled musty and stale had to shower to get the smell out of my hair. no lotion in the bathroom so my skin is dry and itchy. Restuarant wasnt open on time. Food was poor quality and overpriced. Loud noises from pool, screaming kids and people hollering down the hallway. Late night adults in the garden area also loud until 11pm. Elevator smelled gross and covered in finger prints, didnt want to touch anything. Stairs had trash and also smelled

I love the garden, pool, hot tub.. Upgraded / renovated rooms are amazing. Corey King the manager is awesome!! And.. Ryan at front desk is amazing, professional and a big reason why we kept coming back. “Hope your family is doing well Ryan.” .. you know what.. I’m going back tomorrow!!

Evrey staff member we encountered was outstanding! Very polite, energetic, approachable; honestly they left a lasting impression. The property is pretty dated and in need of some repairs, it looks like they are doing some work though. Breakfast was great, not your typical crap quality. I dont know that I would choose to stay here again based on the property, but if it did it we be because of all of the great staff.

General overall cleanliness lacking throughout hotel. Breakfast buffet was terrible, rooms very outdated. The best part was the pool and atrium. Overall unlikely to stay there again.

Great location and close to all facilities But the two ladies working in the reception were professional and wonderful in dealing with customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
