Room was clean. Front Desk could have been a bit friendlier. Dining room breakfast staff were pleasing. Pool and Hot tub are our main highlights. Breakfast was ok.
Overall a good hotel to stay in. We returned this time and were not disappointed.

Corey the GM is an absolute delight as well as the rest of the staff. My parents ended up booking a room at the hotel as well & I requested a room close to them & Corey had no problem making that happen. We then decided to book another room for my teenagers across the hall as their attitudes became unbearable for me LOL. We all enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious. Only down side is the hot tub is standing only there were no benches, which sucked as I was battling a severe shoulder muscle issue and would have enjoyed being able to sit down

loved sitting out in the atrium where the pool and hot tub are. Great gathering place also away from the pool with our group. The restaurant is large and the staff were very accommodating with the meals and service. Breakfast was great. Good variety each day. We will be back again. Thank you Baymont

We came for work so we didn’t use the pool. The room was clean however the one bed had a divet in it that you kept rolling into. The building itself needs an update but the function was good, the staff was amazing and we may stay again …

the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool
What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel
The Tv did not work, no channels would come on
Do NOT stay here. AWFUL.

It’s definitely a run down property. It’s very dated the beds were questionable. It was very hot and muggy in the room right off the pool. We had the AC running but it didn’t cool it off. Not that it mattered too much but the tv didn’t work.

We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and were also given a smaller room and not what they had booked. It is no surprise to say that teams were loud and disrespectful to other guest late into the night, but the bumping and different levels of reno/disrepair throughout the hotel make it hard to give high marks or recommendation to others.

I paid for a clean bedroom, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of expectations. The duvet was stained with blood, and the bed appeared as though it had never been properly cleaned—merely flipped over. The overall cleanliness and lack of attention to detail were highly disappointing. To be honest, the entire building seems to be in need of serious renovation.

Love the location. We have stayed at Baymont a few times and it is such a good hotel but we find it is becoming very run down and starting to look like a dive. If some updates are not done I don't think this hotel will be around in 5 years. Breakfast everything was missing example, glasses for juice, yogurt, porridge. Was pathetic. Would give breakfast a 1

I was made to pay an additional $30 to check in by 12 pm. While I know that early check in is based on availability, having a guest pay to check in at 12 pm is not right. Once it is available, let the guest check in.

For $180 for a single night, I expected a much better experience and at minimum for the hotel's basic amenities to function properly.
Unfortunately, several important features of the room were not working, which made the stay extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. The TV did not function, the air conditioning only blew warm air and made the room uncomfortable, and the room telephone was also unusable. On top of that, the ice machine was out of service as well. Paying this much for one night only to find that most of the amenities were not functioning was frustrating and left me feeling very dissatisfied with the overall quality and value of the stay.

The room and the breakfast were fine. I had a room next to the pool and atrium and it was very noisy until quiet time which starts at 11 pm, which is well past my bed time.
