That staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. They recognize me after meeting me just one time, and consistently, everyone went out of their way to be as helpful as possible to us. The room was clean, and the pool was gorgeous.

Everything was a bit run down, but at least it was clean for the most part. Breakfast was not good. They were out of food when we areived at 745am and it was replenished very slowly. Just was off putting

The whole place is rundown When I checked in i asked for a extended stay of one day the clerk said no problem just stop by on the third day when i did was told there was no room available i had to gind a hotel in a different town on my own The breakfast was cold coff was cold and it run out Will never go back

The hotel needs renovations, room smelled like chlorine from the pool, room was dark because we were facing the pool there was no window. Breakfast wasn't the best. Usually when I book rooms from Baymount by Wyndam they are beautiful.

Its a noisy hotel. A lot of rules are presented to you upon checkin but nothing is actually enforced. The rooms are being renovated but the ones that haven't been done are worn. Tough to justify the $235/night There is a pool in the court yard that most of the rooms face. This attracts a lot tween cheer groups. We had a water leak in our bathroom. Water coming out of the light fixture when the room upstairs used the shower. At one point it was running like a facet. Thankfully they were able to move us, but I had to request it. Maintenance was just going to mop up the water and call it good. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Neither experience has been great. The only reason we booked a second time was due to the lack of availability in Red Deer and the location was convenient to my sons sport event.

Friendly staff they are doing renovations on the roof so they put me on the second floor as to not have the construction disrupt me it was quiet

Property is under construction and condo conversion. Hotel rooms are are oldest unrenovated section and need updates

The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to switch to adjoining rooms with the family we met there, so it was like we had one large suite. The breakfast coffee was strong enough and had a decent flavour. The breakfast food was good, especially the individually fried eggs. The pool and surrounding area are small but nice. The bed was too soft and wobbly for my taste. Most of the gym equipment is broken and has been since our last stay in October 2024. The bedsheet was pilly and it wouldn't stay on because the elastic was worn out. We enjoyed our time there, but would like to see the gym and the sheets fixed.
