最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。

Nice clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly,vourteoys and helpful. Great amenities within the hotel.

Truthfully, this is really worth it. In this specific moment i was disappointed that the sink was clogged, the kleenex was empty, the shampoo and body wash was empty...

Coffee machine was not functioning so no coffee available.

The hotel could definitely use a reset — all areas were a bit tired looking, and the breakfast was definitely substandard, other than the coffee options which were excellent.

The room it was very clean and enough space the only one problem in the room was the toilet bowl that it wasn’t flushing well, about the staff the front desk woman that we meet for the check in and check out she wasn’t kind with us very poor service no eye contact with customer not smiling we where like invisible to her she just gave us the keys and without welcoming us very poor reception. But the overnight service it was good I mean, with others staff that replaced her when she left.

Overall stay was ok. The bed was a little soft for me and the pillows to firm. Breakfast was good.

Nice place to unwind

This place needs some love. Awful mattress, appalling breakfast (but lovely lady working there). Lots of hot water and pressure good. Cheap by market price but only worth half what I paid for it. There is a great diner for beakfast across the parking lot, so that was good.

Old and in need of repairs, way too expensive should be 129$ max per night then maybe acceptable.

The toilets didn't flush, even after having to plung the toilet ourelves. The cleaners didn't clean the bathroom sink, towls had hair in them. The shower curtian was dirty from previous stay, so they obviously didnt wash them in between clients. Towels didn't match, tv's were so old they were fuzzy and unclear so watching a movie in the room was impossoble, the remotes barely changed the channels. Spider nests in the ceilings and cobwebs. For what we paid for the stay, it should have been way better.

The hotel feels very dark, dingy, and extremely dated. The front desk staff were polite on the surface but noticeably rude and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as they barely spoke English. Breakfast was also below standard — very bland, with greasy sausages, eggs all stuck together, and overall poor-quality options. You can see shortcuts everywhere, and it shows in the quality of the rooms, service, and amenities. Would not stay here again.

Room was good. Unexpected charge at the front desk when we arrived

Clean room, comfortable. Bathroom light has one bulb that was flashing on and off, reported to the front desk.

The beds were comfortable but the shower had very little pressure. The toilet got flogged just from toilet paper and when we asked for a plunger, the first one was worthless so I had to call down to see if the had a different one. Everything was clean and most of the staff was nice. There was one woman at the front desk who would stare us down and give us dirty looks each time we came by. When we asked for the manager she didn’t even want to give us contact information. We had to demand she at least give us an email. Aside from her, everyone else was super nice.

Beds are clean and hotel is generally okay. But walls are stained in the room and the hotel in general seems to lack care and attention to details. Staff was kind.
