最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。

Good place to spend a night

It’s as expected for a budget hotel. Basic amenities present, friendly staff, clean building and convenient location.

The continental breakfast was the same everyday for the 5 days we were there and not the best. The cleaners never cleaned our room, they only put clean towels and made the bed 4 of the five days. It’s not a bad place but definitely needs a really good cleaning.

The room and hotel was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was cold and hot. Best part was late evening there was dinner food in the same parking lot.

My family and I booked this hotel months in advance for a family wedding, and our stay was very disappointing. Our first room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning did not work. We barely slept due to the heat. The next morning, maintenance couldn’t fix it, so we were moved to another room. Shortly after settling in, we were told that room was already reserved and had to move again. By the third room we were frustrated and exhausted, only to find the TV didn’t work properly either. The hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. While the pool and location were fine, being moved three times in one stay was completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed and waiting to speak with management.

The staff are kind and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. But the hotel is old... And hasn't had a major renovation in decades. Maintained but feels a bit worn down.

Upon check-in after a long flight from Edmonton, it took over half an hour to get my room. The staff was speaking in a foreign language and I could hardly understand him. He could not understand for the life of him that I had booked a room through Expedia. I showed him email confirmation and a receipt proving I purchased a room on my app and he kept saying it wasn’t booked. After a lengthy phone call with whom ever, he gets me a room finally only to discover a woman with service dogs is already in the room. Had to go back to the Front Desk and get a new room. Not a pleasant experience after a long flight and then the drive to the hotel at after 1:30 am.

Very dated. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one tv station available

Overall, a great place to stay. It is due for some cosmetic updates throughout though.

Terrible. Our keys didn't work. The room across from us very roudy. Didn't have a different room. So we got refunded and left

Hotel needs some upgrading, room looked run down, lampshades taped up instead of replaced. View of roof was unpleasant (tarps, tape, and cords all over ) Staff were pleasant.

Staff at front desk was hard to find because they where doing multiple jobs. Was also surprised to learn of additional hotel tax I had to pay on arrival.
