The room was clean for the price.

Jacuzzi tub jets were broken, parking in front limited, noisy patrons, gossiping housekeeping (hey I work in it too, I get it lol), gym was not 24 hours as stated on website. Really not a great experience for the cost. Disappointed.

All of the staff we dealt with were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was delicious and had a ton of options. There was a regular pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub which was great for taking our little guy swimming!

Room was large and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Good selection at breakfast and they were doing a great job of keeping it stocked and clean. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was described as a “deluxe hot breakfast” which it was not. The eggs and protein option did not look appetizing, the creamer option for coffee was minimal and the peanut butter was a brand I’ve never heard off. There was only bananas offered as a fruit option. Not much for healthy eating.

The front check in staff went above and beyond to help us get checked in. I have not experienced service like this for a long time

The bed was clean and comfy, the staff were friendly and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top!

Stayed one night with my husband to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near everything. For those unfamiliar with Calgary, heading the other direction on MacLeod after leaving can seem tricky, but you can use the dealership’s parking lot next door to access the other side. Parking in front is limited, but there’s plenty around the back. Our room was spacious and lovely, with a king bed, sofa bed, good lighting, and the main highlight, a jacuzzi. It was clean overall, with only small imperfections like the bathroom counter pulling slightly from the wall. The bed was high but very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The duvet was warm but a little heavy for me. The jacuzzi was large, deep, and relaxing, with room for two. It was a bit awkward to get in and out of for someone short, and a quick guide for the controls would help. A few towels near the tub would also be nice. The shower was easy to step into, the toilet height was great, and the water pressure was decent. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety including yogurt, fruit, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, eggs, and sausage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.
