This hotel is a solid choice for comfort and cleanliness, a beautiful inside pool & spa,

The food was hot with a good variety. We stay at this Cambridge location a few times a year. It’s a family tradition particularly at Christmas. Good memories being made again! Thanks

We stay all the time WzhAT shocked me was disappointing watch the total staff have break in the breakfast area and one of the ladies went to get her oatmeal which was fine but when she walked over the the topping for cereal she opened the top of the containers and dipped he hand to grab the topping g instead of rolling the wheel to get topping or cereal out she used her bare hands. The only reason I didn’t go and face her to say something was because it’s was Christmas Day morning. I will think twice now to stay there

Breakfast was great, my family really enjoyed it. Rooms were a decent size. Pool was cold but not unbearable. Hot tub was big and ebjoyable to watch the TV from the hot tub. Beds were not very comfortable and the hotel needs some updating. The stay here did the trick but does not have any bells or whistles to it.

Best Western has always felt pretty average to me, and this one was no exception. The room felt dated, and the elevators show the building’s age. Free breakfast is a plus, but given the price, I’d likely go for other hotels if there were rooms available.

The location is very convenient, right off the highway and on a major road. The check in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean but in need of updating. The elevators were old and rickety, thought we were going to get stuck in them. The hallways and rooms had very old carpet that smelled. The bathrooms were moldy and rusty. The breakfast was too early (ended at 9:30am on Christmas Day). Only book this hotel if you find a good deal and don't mind an outdated hotel.

All of us travelling enjoyed the convenience of the location to the 401 and a variety of stores and restaurants. Customer service was amazing! That was SO nice to see in Ontario, since customer service has gone down overall lately. We loved the hot tub and pool. The breakfast options and little extras were very much appreciated too!

The tub was clogged and filled up with water while we showered. Disgusting. However, the staff moved us to another room and from that point on, our stay was pleasurable.
Thank you goes out to the staff for rectifying our situation. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Beds were comfortable. Rooms do need an upgrade though.

When we arrived and entered our room there was a blanket of dust covering the heating vent and a make up stain on the wall and the bathroom edges were stained with black mold. They offered us a new room which we took but the vents were filthy in that room too.

The rooms are very outdated. Beds are really uncomfortable - the sheets and pillow cases are starchy and crunchy to sleep on. Everything is just old. Elevators are super slow. There are no plugs by the bedside for your phone. Not very pleased really. For what I paid I am sort of confused what the “plus” stands for in the name of the hotel.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was so cold even though rads were warm to touch. We informed management about it and they will look into it . We talked to some other people and they said they were very cold. I actually had to put my coat on as I was so cold.
