Staff, clean Room et breakfast. The pool was too cold

Nice hotel Ice machine broken No towels for the pool, told to use our room towels. We had only 2 large towels

The room was clean. The bathroom had a nice shower with movable shower head and shower chair. The pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Enjoyable stay

Excellent front desk experience.

Hotel was clean and staff was top notch. My son said he loved the pool. The only complaint I have is we found the room to be dated and could use a makeover and maybe more lighting in the halls and pool area. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and beds were super comfortable

Great stop on our way home from vacation. Breakfast was great. AC didn’t work in room, but we never asked to change room.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week, which is not a cheap stay. We stayed in a king suite, and from the moment we checked in the problems began. We arrived around 7 on Saturday, the front desk staff did not even greet us, I walked to the counter he asked for my credit card. Did not say a word about what he was doing(trip was prepaid), ran my credit card, handed me paper with no explanation. I let this go and we continued to our room. The lock on our room did not work properly the entire week and three times our cards stopped working. We enter the room at $250/night and the couch is broken and sunken in. The bathroom doors paint had been completely destroyed by what looked like a dog. We settled and went to leave for the evening, I told the front desk to ensure I wasn’t charged. He never even acknowledged my words. Everyday, the restaurant staff snapped at my husband, even when he was helping their customers with broken equipment. Breakfast was constantly empty, water was always out in the coolers, and the hotel even ran out of eggs on day 6. The gym was 31 degrees, both AC units did not work and the blinds were broken. No towels in the pool area(not once), one remote in our room did not work. By day five I spoke with GM and was told I couldn’t be compensated due to booking with Expedia. Instead, offered $50 in “rewards” after creating an account. After a $3500 holiday(flight and hotel) I am extremely disappointed and we will find something else next year!

Rooms are small if each person has luggage. Breakfast was Good.

Room was quite small; hotel is dim and feels dingy. Breakfast staff made a great effort, but hot offerings were poor and of limited nutritional value.

Quand nous sommes arriver à la chambre on s est aperçu que le divan était plein de tache blanche douteuse et en s’assoyant dessus le panneaux avant est tomber par terre, de plus le divan fait la banane ce qui fait qu’on est obliger de ce tenir pour ne pas tomber au centre. Je me suis plain a la réception qui m’a donner le nom du directeur général Mars Soukaina et son e-mail et je lui ai immédiatement écrit car ce n’est pas normal de payer pour un suite et de ne pas pouvoir utiliser le divan et la personne a la reception était au fait et ma dit que le nouveau divan arriverais en novembre mais on est en juillet. Le directeur ne m’a même pas répondu quel manque de respect envers sa clientèle et manque d’éducation de sa part. Ensuite j’ai demander pour faire du lavage mais on ma dit que la laveuse était briser depuis déjà 2 semaines. Belle hotel mais très mal gérer par un personne incompétente . tres tres déçu de Best western

Pros: Rooms were clean. Hotel is easy to access and a 30 minutes walk from downtown/bore park. Convenient water/snacks/etc. available for purchase at the front desk. Cons: EV chargers were out-of-order, pool was not heated, parking very dark at night, breakfast offering was minimalist.

Hotel was very dark, and the breakfast was not the greatest. Location was excellent, hotel was clean.

Staff was not really helpful. Tried to check in at 3 pm after a day of travelling and was told no. I understand that check in was 4 but the hotel front desk clerk didn’t even look to see if the room was ready just said no. We had to haul all our bags back to the car and drive around for an hour. Breakfast was hectic and I have sympathy for that staff they were working hard. Daily room service did not include making the bed apparently and at one point there were no towels in the pool area to dry off with and my daughter had to use a used one from the bin. Pillows were flat and had no support at all just all around do not recommend this hotel. I’m usually a big fan of best western but this one sucked.
