泊まりやすいホテルです。

On a Sunday night in late December, I saw a mouse in my room. The front desk simply asked, “Would you like to change rooms?” and mentioned they would report it to the owner when they came in. It seemed that the hotel did not treat this as an emergency. At check-out the next day, there was no comment about the incident. When I asked if the issue had been properly communicated, I was told they were “waiting for a response from Expedia,” which made me feel like my concern was misunderstood as a request for compensation. The staff’s response was businesslike, and the facility itself left an average impression. The live music at the pub on the ground floor ends by midnight. This hotel may be more suitable for those seeking standard service rather than expecting hospitality or hygiene management.

Awesome! It's comfortable for me to staying this hotel, big and clean room, big and soft bed etc. I will reserve this hotel again when I return to Vancouver, definitely!

Parking was a bit challenging, but overall, our stay was positive. Location is great.

This is a VERY DATED hotel and the room they put me in was directly above the noisy bar/nightclub which was not great in the middle of the night when I wanted to sleep. The staff was kind and helpful but this place needs to be torn down and replaced or a gut remodel at the least. Can’t believe how expensive it was for the condition it’s in.

Perfect spot, close to the beach and pet friendly. Nice walking trails, lots of food options. Enjoyed the stay.

Right near beach but very busy area, noisy. Both nocs yelling and people almost coming to blows on the street. Close to stanley park.

I guess there is a beach view but our view was the parking lot. The hotel was nice and clean and our room had a refrigerator. We were in Toronto over night-when I booked with Expedia I thought I was getting a room close to the port where we could catch our cruise but I was mistaken-it was a 10 min. ride. Seems like a great hotel in Toronto but I wasn't in the city long enough to see it's a good local place to stay,

Ideal for walking around and public transportation

La ciudad es muy bonita, tiene parques muy bonitos para caminar. La habitación es cómoda, pero tenía un olor desagradable que reportamos en recepción, pero no solucionaron el inconveniente a pesar de haber indicado que habían personas alérgicas, el aire acondicionado y calefactor, tenían un ruido muy alto y no permitían el descanso.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Lift alt aber bei den Zimmern wurde renoviert. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett. Das Bad war komplett neu, die Dusche modern und alles sehr sauber. Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand.

Great location. Walking distance to lots of dining options and right in front of english bay where you can watch the perfect sunset

Property looks old and questionable on the outside, but the inside has been completely made over like new.

We liked the location, it was an easy and pleasant bike ride to Stanley Park & very close to a lot of trails by the water. The room had some updates, but smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a bit difficult for us to find the parking garage, we had to circle around a couple of times in traffic before we called and they provided instructions.
