I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless. The staff at the front desk (Manager Bryce and Karen) were so helpful when I had to check out early.

Was no hot water when we wanted a shower. Didn’t leave enough shampoo and conditioner for two people to use

The room was good overall. There was no sound on the TV. A cord needed to be unplugged to reset the system. However there were no staff available to assist with this. My daughter and I googled the fix, and spent 30 minutes resetting the system. The dining experience was poor (chef’s salad was mostly shredded cheese, the beef was >50% fat, vegetables reheated, and the kitchen forgot the soup.

We had the buffet and it was served and it was cold.

I’ve stayed more often at Pembina highway location in Winnipeg and lately it’s terrible not clean especially on the outside Feels like I’m downtown Really notice the difference here in Brandon Clean inside and especially outside Loved my stay here

As expected,as usual

On our last day the fire alarm went off very early in the morning, forcing us to wake up and go outside into the cold. We waited for about an hour for the fire trucks to arrive and to be allowed back into our room. During the alarm, there were no announcements made on the intercom to let us know what to do, just a loud beeping in the room. This happened on the day we were checking out. We requested a late checkout due to the disruption but were still charged an additional fee for checking out just one hour past the regular time. One morning we went to Aaltos for breakfast. The restaurant was almost empty, yet there were very few staff working, and the staff member who approached us was quite rude, telling us the restaurant was “full” and that we would need to sit in the bar Instead. During our stay, the waterslide was also out of order, which was disappointing for our family. Overall, we stayed for three nights. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the convenience for the event we were attending in the Keystone was fantastic, but the overall customer service was very poor, and we left feeling quite dissatisfied with our stay.
