Sorry, we can’t comment on that particular portion of your property. We didn’t use the shuttle or require to locate the location of the shuttles. But the hotel and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The room was extremely clean, as well.

My experience at Canad Inns was absolutely terrible and one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I was traveling and had just driven all the way from the U.S., already exhausted from the long trip. When we checked in, the hotel gave us a terrible room with an old heater that kept turning on and off all night with extremely loud noise. It was impossible to sleep. When I complained, the staff tried to switch our room, but then their key card system stopped working. Because of this, we were stuck in the lobby between 2 AM and 3 AM, waiting while the staff tried to fix the issue. After being exhausted and frustrated, I had no choice but to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and search for another place to stay, which took another hour. As a result, I did not sleep the entire night. The next morning I had to drive to Regina for an important medical appointment, and this hotel completely ruined my night and left me exhausted. This experience was unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable, especially for travelers who just want a safe and quiet place to rest. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value sleep and basic customer service. Extremely disappointing.

No room service. The restaurant is right there. I asked for late checkout (1pm. the night before and arranged it. I have the text chain on my phone. The maids knocked on the door, incessantly and came into the room while the do not disturb sign was on the door. We told them we had late checkout then they knocked again then the front desk called. This was all while my wife was on a work TEAMs call, which was the reason I booked the late checkout. So, we booked the late checkout so we could have the business call until one pm and then got disturbed three times anyway. The washroom in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. I let the staff know. Nothing happened. Anyway, I don’t usually complain like this but, the interruptions were really frustrating. The app prompted me to review.

Nice Clean, and updated room, with comfortable beds and clean modern bathroom. Friendly, and courteous staff throughout the entire facility

Room was good. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Only one problem was a loud noise coming into our room forced us into another room early in the morning. Great staff helped facilitate this too.
