Super clean and well-maintained pool area and room.

The room we stayed in had a horrible, stale smell from the moment we walked in the door. The tile floor and carpet both felt damp. There was no bathroom exhaust and if there was any type of air circulation in the room it didn’t work. Asked the front desk to freshen it up while we went out for about an hour half. Upon arrival, the room was marginally fresher but the floors still felt damp. The smell was just in the room. We won’t stay there again.

The pool area was very hot and muggy but the kids enjoyed the waterslides and pool. The restaurant was not good at all. I would avoid it and go eat at nearby restaurants. Rooms were ok and serves its purpose.

Place is constantly over run by teams which makes it hard to get any service or parking. Pool is freezing, vending machines empty and no breakfast.

This is our 3rd time staying here, always great, clean great restaurants, quiet, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Would stay clear of the restaurant. Our breakfast (and other patrons) was extremely slow. They were very short staffed. Will definitely not go there again.

The bed was soooo comfortable! We didn’t take advantage of the restaurant or lounge this time.

I wanted a hotel with a pool and water slide, so the kids could burn off energy after being on the road all day, but when we arrived the pool was closed for cleaning. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The pool with a giant water slide was definitely the highlight of this hotel. Kids loved it. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that although the room looked clean, the carpet smelled like stale socks.

During our stay the pool was having maintenance done so we weren’t able to use it. Staff was nice enough and rooms were clean and nice.
