I stayed during the blizzard that came through and had to stay a couple more days. They price matched the Expedia rate for the extra day which I was happy about. Me and my partner enjoyed the hot tub they have at the pool almost everyday, and also went down the slide a few times which was fun. The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping came by and refreshed our towels and bedding as well as folded my personal blankets and put them onto the bed for me. The entire staff team from front desk, to Altos restaurant, the bar and gaming lounge were all very nice and friendly. Also like how there’s a store and a few food options within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back here.

1. Hot tub not up and running
2. One tv in the king suite i got only had channels up to 13. Maintenance man did not know how to get more.
3. The room stayed at a constant 26 degrees throughout our stay which is uncomfortably warm. Again Maintenance guy couldn't fix it but tried by shutting off the breaker for the baseboard heater in the room. Which did not work.

Room was okay but the beds have lots of static, bathroom exhaust too weak.
Disappointed on the pool bec it has too much chlorine we didnt stay too long and my kids weren't able enjoy--which was the reason why we went here. The chlorine smell is so strong, my eyes and nose felt burning. Fans for air circulation is not enough. We got rashes by the time we were back in our room which was just about half hour. We wont be coming back.

Booked hotel for the kids to swim. Chlorine in pool was to much for our family and many others. Couldn’t swim for more than 15 minutes then had to leave. Talked to front desk and best they can do is 50% off rate . Not bad but not great because the only reason we booked was for the kids to enjoy pool with cousins.

Amenities- Pool closed. Families book this place for Splashers. It's too cold to be outside that is why we booked a place with a pool. The quality of the Canada Inns has clearly depreciated. My family is very disappointed...especially my children.
