Horrible. Noisy. No place to plug in the coffee machine unless you put it on the floor.

Was decent time, the shower was a bit dirty on the floor and the bath tub had jets but they didn’t look like they’d be cleaned properly either. But overall the room was nice, interesting.
The elevator in the hotel is very sketchy tho…makes a lot of odd noises and clunky
The buffet was decent as well, servers were very nice!

Was too much chlorine in pool had to contact emergency services for my granddaughter who may have had chlorine poisoning.. she is fine after rest... but was very scary.. my eyes started burning minutes from when i walked into pool area.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I recently stayed at Canad Inns Fort Garry and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty and poorly maintained—flat surfaces clearly hadn’t been wiped properly, the bathtub didn’t drain at all, and several things in the room were broken. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned or inspected thoroughly before our arrival.
The pool, which we were hoping would be a fun part of the stay for our kids, was another major disappointment. Not only was it dirty, but other guests were behaving inappropriately, making it feel unsafe for children. It didn’t seem like there was any staff supervision or enforcement of rules.
Adding to the discomfort was the excessive noise coming from hallway and rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep, even late into the night.
At checkout, I was offered a $30 breakfast voucher as compensation, which I honestly don’t feel comes close to making up for the poor condition of the room and overall experience. I had hoped for much better, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on what we encountered.

The poolside is not safe at all. It is very slippery and very accident prone-especially for little kids.
Ventilation is a concern because I believe the whole area is a bit hot and you can smell the chlorine all over the place. I know you’re supposed to smell that but I think it’s a bit too much to the point it hurts the eyes and not recommended for babies coz of too much chlorine all over the place. My 9 year old son’s eyes got swollen.

We stayed here for the first time this weekend and the kids really enjoyed it. The rooms were a little outdated but they were clean, there’s a large pool with a water slide, hot tub and wading pool for littles ones. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious, very reasonably priced and the staff were fabulous. We had breakfast and supper there and enjoyed both.
The only downside was the Tavern restaurant that is open in the evening. We tried it on our first night as we arrived late but the food was horrible and overcooked. I would recommend not wasting your money, we ended up eating none of it.
