Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise

Staff guest check in was super friendly and made checking in smooth and easy.

I stayed in Room 136 for the second time in the past month. There were just two small issues. The bathroom fan rattles. It doesn't turn off, so it rattles continuously. The shower doesn't drain well. I do like the hotel. I think it's in a fairly safe neighborhood, my room was very nice and very clean. There's no continental breakfast. They have a restaurant on-site with a cheap breakfast special. Chocolate 🍫 from the vendor machine is $4.00! But staff seem pleasant and there's plenty of parking. It was the most affordable room closest to hospitals St. Boniface and HSC that I could find.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent meals in the restaurant. Plenty of parking. Nice pool area.

the day we got there was changing locks . I asked for a broom cause was dusty I just had to keep my shoes on . Otherwize was good

There was a $6 breakfast special at the restaurant, which is a great deal in these times. The rooms were spotless, staff were very good, and parking was free and easy. Will stay again.

Our 4 year grandson spent hours in pool & water slide.

Awesome room very clean and awesome staff

The room was clean and comfortable, we booked two rooms in this hotel for my daughter’s birthday, she wanted a place that had a pool and slide and this location was great for it. Everyone enjoyed there time and I would book again.

We waited 2 hrs to be checked in even though we were first to arrive. The room was 85 degrees with a broken thermostat and not fixed after muktioke complaints and even a request to be movedbtoba different canad inns until 2nd day. Had to walk from 2nd floor to basement to access pool even though theres pool access on the 2nd floor but is kept locked. No ELEVATORS. Left key at desk with hubbies name on it since he was arriving very late, only to be woken up at 1:47 am by desk clerk for permission to give him a key. Clearly the info was not passed on to him. Niether of us could sleep after that as the room was a sauna. I complained AGAIN the next morning to the Manager who gave us 50% off our first night ( who cares, we didnt get any sleep; you book a hotel room to sleep) so we should have been FULLY refunded the first night. The restaurant hrs are wishy washy. It wasnt open on the first day so I had to buy bar food for my 10 yr old even the sign said it was supposed to be open. Very understaffed, the desk clerk was very overwhelmed at check in time. Our room was NEVER cleaned or replenished our entire stay. We had 2 coffees and 2 paper cups to last 2 of us 3 days. I assumed they didnt do room cleaning but found out when we were checking our that yes it was supposed to be done and they didn't know why it hadn't been. If you have any kind of disbility do not stay here. I have a knee injury and this hotels lack of accessability set my recovery back months. Do better !!!!

Overall the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the lack of towels during our stay was inconvenient. Our meals at Aaltos were not the greatest either. Overcooked food each time.

Great room and service was good as well. The a/c in our room was quite weak. It took awhile to get it to a comfortable temperature. But all in all it was a great stay. We loved the pool and the slide

Overall were very comfortable felt clean enjoyed the pool and hot tub
