The room we had was recently re-conditioned......very nice. The hallways to the room were quite narrow....it's an older building. The restaurant Altos was excellent...especially the buffet! The nightclub was busy on a Saturday night...numerous people outside smoking.

Staff were kind, and friendly. They answered each question I asked. Pet friendly for a fee. Excellent restaurants attached to the Inn. Would be back again.

There wasn’t enough seating at the pool and the hallways smelt bad. The staff was friendly .

The staff was absolutely amazing! Especially the front desk staff! The outside of the property and the pool is dated. The slide is still a-lot of fun! My kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean. I love that the floor is not carpet.

Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling staff and the same when I checked out. The room was immaculate and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. There is plenty of parking available.

Lovely stay!! The pool room was well ventilated and not over chlorinated smelling - the staff was GREAT!!

Our room was right next to the bar called Cowboys and all we heard all night was the bass from the stereo pounding all night. We got very little sleep both nights

Great stay

I travelled there for eye surgery and stayed 2 nights and it was a great hotel. I liked that it had a gym and waterslide and the staff was friendly. I also liked the one bar attached to it and the restaurant was good. They also had a Cowboys nightclub attached to it but the lineup was too long on the Saturday night so we didn’t end up going there. Would easily stay there again 😊

The entrance areas were not clean and in need of repairs. The restaurant was not open for dinner on week nights. No warning was given about how busy the restaurant would be on Mother's Day. We couldn't even get in. The room was very clean and the staff very attentive.

Another family was confrontational and aggressive in pool area bc they claimed our children were intentionally whipping water at them. Our children love going down the slide, its not in our power or yours to control the splashes of the slide controlled by gravity to intentionally whip another child in the face💦 Also, the mother in question was seated by the end of the slide, she moved the chair herself.

Stayed in room 101 10/10 would not recommend, on a weekend anyways, the bass from the bar rattled the windows until 2am and the door to the hallway was opened and closed loudly all night. My phone on full sound and the air conditioner on full blast did not drown out the noise

Staff guest check in was super friendly and made checking in smooth and easy.

I stayed in Room 136 for the second time in the past month. There were just two small issues. The bathroom fan rattles. It doesn't turn off, so it rattles continuously. The shower doesn't drain well. I do like the hotel. I think it's in a fairly safe neighborhood, my room was very nice and very clean. There's no continental breakfast. They have a restaurant on-site with a cheap breakfast special. Chocolate 🍫 from the vendor machine is $4.00! But staff seem pleasant and there's plenty of parking. It was the most affordable room closest to hospitals St. Boniface and HSC that I could find.
