Parking was safe and close to building. Room clean just had loud humming noise from hallway all night-

There was a lot of activity with the bars next door making it quite noisy in the hallways.

Teenagers? running through the halls after midnight. Loud

Room was small but clean. Convenient location. Staff were friendly. I’d go back. The grounds could be a little cleaner. Food was fairly good.

Had what I needed for the night. Easy to get in and out with dog.

The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful ! The kids loved the water slide and pool and hot tub , the breakfast was great and the poutine in the Tavern United was amazing ! we will be staying again the next time we are in Winnipeg

Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Property is older but well kept. Room A/C old and noisy, could use updating. TP dispense ridiculous. Lucky if you can get more than a square at a time. Restaurant and pub are great. Shout out to Elizabeth in the Tavern for being one of the very best.

The rooms where good, the pool with water slide was fun, great food. The only issue we had was some of the guest decided to over due it on the alcohol and started fighting in the hallway banging on the doors waking me and my kids up once at 4:00am and again at 7:00am the first night we stayed there. The second night was much better with no incedents.

The stay was overall good however a few guests kept us up at some point of the night.

Was quite good

Inexpensive hotel in a location that worked for our weekend events. Hotel overall was “tired”, but we appreciated the good quality sheets, the refreshed bathroom, and the secure room doors. We had issues with the air conditioner on the first night (of 3 nights total), and it was promptly fixed the next day. Very good customer service!

Rooms were satisfactory. Hair in washroom especially bath drain. No drink cups or enough towels for 4 people. Customer service at front desk is questionable. No one made us feel welcome, not helpful. Parking and access to rooms is inconvenient. Only thing good about the stay was a nice young waitress in the restaurant.

I had booked online and got 2 queens because it's cheaper then one bed... when we got there, the lady argued with me that I booked a room with one bed. I have the reservation on my phone and it clearly says 2 beds... Okay whatever, I'll suck it up but then as soon as I turned on the tv and one lamp the power went out. We had no power, took 45 minutes for someone to come flip the breaker. We couldn't use the tv, or lights or the power would instantly go off. I had to call down 5 times until we just decided to stay in the dark and do nothing. I had unplugged the Microwave because it was the only outlet working but the lamp didn't work and honestly after complaining nonstop since we got there I was done. My husband is half blind, so it wasn't an easy stay. The only saving grace was the AC still worked or I would have lost my mind, also got $100 off my bill. However I will say, it was the quietest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time.
