Room wasn't cleaned properly but they did come fix it right away. Very nice staff

Great location and quiet hotel despite kids being there, had no idea due to keeping hallways clean and quiet after 10 marked throughout the hotel.

Staff were friendly enough. Knew to say what they thought I wanted to hear. Basic room, paid for an upgrade. Not sure what a lesser room would be like,certainly glad we upgraded to what I consider a very basic room. Declined Housekeeping after 1st night. After 2nd night took do not disturb sign off door and was out of room most of the day. At 6:30pm had to request that room be cleaned. Bare minimum was done and left us with no toilet paper. May seem like a minor inconvenience to some but was unable to shower prior to an evening dinner date due to no clean towels. I would not recommend and will not return.

Room was very clean a bit of a distance from the front desk. Smokers be warn if you want a close room to get outside for a smoke break, let them know. Very quiet, spent 2 nights and didnt have any complaints.

Don't let the hallways fool you... The decrepit hallways were dark, dungy, dirty, and stinky. The room was very standard, however it was recently renovated and thankfully clean. Overall I think the cost is a little high for what it is... But the hot tub and water slide were great!

Wasn’t really satisfied with the room I was given..I reserved a 2 double bedroom but was given a one queen size bedroom and the room was quiet small..didn’t really gave my kids the room they would relax in but overall we still enjoyed staying in

I like everything about it

We enjoyed the room and hot tub facility. Less so the litter around the parking lot area and in hallwalls leading to room on both days we stayed. This said, they were sold out so, busy place. Music in dining area was annoying as we personally dont care for loud pop music during breakfast. Staff at front desk and restaurant were attentive.

Good place to relax on weekends

We liked Multiple restaurants options. And what we didn’t like was the fact we were literally looking at someone’s backyard through the window.
