まずチェックインして、びっくり！ 二泊連泊のはずが、二泊目の部屋が取れていませんでした… 繁忙期ゆえ、近くのホテル等に当たってくださいましたが、モーテル一軒がやっと見つかるだけでした どんなところかわからなく、不安だったので、丁重にお断りして、自分でまたHOTEL.comで宿探し… しかも、予定外に、翌日にはプリンスエドワード島から離れることに…繁忙期なので、島ではもう宿探しが困難 残念でした しかも、部屋は約束と違う、2ベット 申し込みの内容では、3ベットだったのに… 苦情を言う気力もなかったので、黙ってましたが モーテルに近い雰囲気のところで、衛生的なのかどうか判断に迷うような古さに、終始疲れました…

プリンスエドワード島のほぼ中央サマーサイドの街の近くにあります。PEIに入って20分ほど。結構スピードを出している街道沿いにありますから、そしてホテルまでの引き込み道路が狭いので入りずらいです。部屋は広くてキチネット付きの部屋もあり便利です。建物が古いので汚さが目立つところもありますが清潔感はありました。サマーサイドの町へ行けば大型スーパーも2軒あり買い物もできます。朝食もベーコンや卵もありしっかりいただけます。ほぼ島の中心にありますからどこへ行くにも便利でした。でもレンタカーは欠かせません。

Would give zero stars if I could. The place was not welcoming, no staff around and it was unclean and unkept. Ended up not staying the night because of this. Didn’t get our money back.

Staff was very friendly and was always looking to help.

It was a cozy quiet spot- however while the staff were kind- we were left with ZERO room service all weekend, so when I wanted to get more towels and an extra pillow there was no one there. Just a locked door and a note taped to it with no indication of when they would return...and they still weren't there the next day when we wanted to check out. The property could definitely use some fixing up, just minor things... I really did enjoy the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. However- because of the lack of room service we will not be returning to this hotel. Unfortunate ... but the Charlottetown location was a much better stay.

Room was cold. Thermostat did not work. No blankets on the beds. Sinks are low for adult use. Price was not a good or 'best' value compared to others in the area. Breakfast was fine but we were not told about it until at turning in my keys we noticed someone taking some to their room. Beds creak.

A comfortable room, lots to eat each morning, and a relaxing stay overall. Great value for a very reasonable price.

This hotel is worth the money for what you get. Breakfast was good. I was surprised that we did not get any new towels or a room clean up when staying 2 nights.

It was a pleasant stay we enjoyed, the staff was very warm and nice. My dog lucifer enjoyed the most thankyou and keep the good job going

Overall, it was decent. The exterior could use some freshening up and the interior could be updated. But overall, the people were nice.

They would come bring fresh towels daily and liked that it was super pet friendly. But our room had a bay window with no blinds. It has two curtain panels that barely covered the entire window, so when we had the ac running, it would sort of block the cold air(we came on a very hot week). The bed was moving a lot. I felt like when I turned over it would fall apart. The room was sort of a shoe box for 3 nights there. I didn’t realize how small it would be, other wise I’d probably book a bigger room if I had known. It’s not the property’s fault, but we had so many mosquito bites from being outside and bringing them into our room. It just wasn’t for us.

The sit up of the room was ok. Our room smelled a bit weird. There was a few spiders around our bed frame and in the bathroom, along with outside the doors by the benches on the porch. The showers didn’t have lots of pressure and the room felt like you were staying in a hospital. However they were friendly people, very kind staff and the overall look around the property was presentable. There was also a decent breakfast service. Very good insulation in the rooms. You could not hear anyone else beside you.
