まずチェックインして、びっくり！ 二泊連泊のはずが、二泊目の部屋が取れていませんでした… 繁忙期ゆえ、近くのホテル等に当たってくださいましたが、モーテル一軒がやっと見つかるだけでした どんなところかわからなく、不安だったので、丁重にお断りして、自分でまたHOTEL.comで宿探し… しかも、予定外に、翌日にはプリンスエドワード島から離れることに…繁忙期なので、島ではもう宿探しが困難 残念でした しかも、部屋は約束と違う、2ベット 申し込みの内容では、3ベットだったのに… 苦情を言う気力もなかったので、黙ってましたが モーテルに近い雰囲気のところで、衛生的なのかどうか判断に迷うような古さに、終始疲れました…

プリンスエドワード島のほぼ中央サマーサイドの街の近くにあります。PEIに入って20分ほど。結構スピードを出している街道沿いにありますから、そしてホテルまでの引き込み道路が狭いので入りずらいです。部屋は広くてキチネット付きの部屋もあり便利です。建物が古いので汚さが目立つところもありますが清潔感はありました。サマーサイドの町へ行けば大型スーパーも2軒あり買い物もできます。朝食もベーコンや卵もありしっかりいただけます。ほぼ島の中心にありますからどこへ行くにも便利でした。でもレンタカーは欠かせません。

This property is run down and not well maintained, the air conditioner barely worked. The pool was empty with no sign of it ever being filled so just an eyesore. There was no food service at all though the booking site indicated room service was available. There was a dining area but not functional. All in all a terrible experience. Sorry we stay there never will again.

Really great housekeeping was excellent and place very clean !

We stayed here while traveling with our dog and chose a room with a kitchenette. After long days on the road, it’s really nice to arrive somewhere comfortable and relaxing, but unfortunately the room felt quite worn out. The kitchenette could use some attention. The stove was very old, and the microwave was old and extremely noisy. There were only two large plates, which isn’t enough if you’re offering a kitchen. There were no dishwashing supplies, and the sponge appeared to have been left behind by previous guests. The room itself also needs maintenance. The ceiling had many stains and uneven patches, the window screen had holes that were covered with tape, and the window would only close properly if someone pressed on it from outside. Outside, it would be great to have a few more tables where guests could sit and relax. A barbecue would also be a wonderful addition. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean. With a few updates and better-equipped kitchen facilities, this place could be much more enjoyable, especially for travelers who spend long hours driving and are looking forward to a comfortable place to rest.

Where do I start, we paid a lot for a dump, look at the pool that was out of order and had been for years by the look of it, no lobby coffee, no breakfast, no reception before 8:00 am just drop keys in the mailbox, half roof shingles on stairs that were supposed to be for grip but some ripped not secure, rotten planks on the upper walkway to our room, we had the only balcony and the table and chairs were dirty, they had just cut the grass and it was in small piles all over the property so walking around was terrible, my wife had bite marks on her legs that appeared to be from mites or bedbugs, we really overpaid for this Hotel it is nothing like what was advertised, no pool, no coffee in lobby and I wouldn't trust the in room coffee, no security, the one and only personel on duty had only started that week and the owner only showed her presence the following morning to say "no open till 8:00 am just leave keys in mailbox" that was our entire interaction except "no breakfast" "no breakfast". Skip this location it's a dump.

The room itself was very outdated, but clean and well stocked as far as the kitchenette goes. The one staff member we encountered was very friendly. My daughter enjoyed the pair of swings out front, but the pool they advertise as an amenity wasn't open and looks like it hasn't been operational in years. They should remove it immediately from there list of offered amenities immediately, as we would have chosen another hotel, there is zero reason to stay here otherwise.

Showed up & nobody was there to check me in.. took my money no problem, with no refund.. would not recommend.

Clean room and lovely. The property needs some updates but I'm sure they will in time. My only issue was screaming kids running around at 11pm. That's clearly not the property owners fault.

We loved it! Cozy room that overlooked a nice outdoor environment, friendly staff, and it felt like home. We just wish the breakfast was what it used to be! It used to be eggs and the whole nine yards, but this time it was just toast and cereal. No biggie though!

Nice and clean and quiet

We are here for SOMMO and unfortunately our tent decided to leak completely through. This hotel was available and I’m extremely happy with the turn out. It was quick , easy and clean!

Room was gone but property needs a refurbishment

I liked the location. Check-in took a little bit longer than usual. Our room was at the 2nd floor so if you have alot of stuff can be a hassle. Room was clean enough, comfy bed, bathroom door won't shut. Anyways, you get what you pay for. So happy in the end.

Loved the service and the room but the decks could use some work and the pool needed a clean and maybe a heater, but we didnt go for the pool so it wasnt that bad.

For the price we paid, they should give the property a good upgrade. The room that we had has a funny smell and the bathtub have lots of dirty foot marks (we found that out when we're a out to take a shower). A bit overpriced for what we saw and experienced. To be fair, staffs are great and.very polite.

Pas mal d'espace, mais il y avait des taches sur les draps, le plancher était sale et il n'y avait pas de micro onde contrairement a ce qui etait dit dans les elements pratiques. De plus, il n'y avait pas de gros espace de rangement pour un sejour de plus d'une nuit a 4 personnes dans la chambres. Dejeuner pratique
