コスパは最高ではないかと思う

ダウンタウンの少し高台にある、とてもきれいなホテルです。レストランが18階にあり、眺めも最高でした。 今回は一泊でしたが、ゆっくり滞在したいです。

We stayed for a 3 day convention and the staff was so helpful, accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed the pool and the ease of the restaurant up top.

We had a one bedroom suite. Everything was great. The weather was cool and rainy, so we did not use the portable air conditioner. No complaints here.

We had a suite with a separate bedroom. Everything was pristine the room and the view were magnificent and it’s got a little terrace. You can go out on. Our morning waitress, Emma couldn’t be nicer and we asked for her every day. She gave us great places to shop and was so kind. Our valet Sebastian was fantastic and polite and one of the sweetest people you’ve ever meet. The other valet, Herb, was really terrific in telling us great places to go to that were off the beaten path. One of my favorite services this hotel has is that if a bellhop is not busy, they will take their van and shuttle you to where you want to go in the city for free. We were driven to and picked up from China Chinatown. Everyone in this hotel was very accommodating and I look forward to going back there again in the not too distant future.

Excellent location, pool is clean, restaurant is good, nice that the windows can open.

Parking is expensive

The room was very comfortable, staff were friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located and well maintained. You will need to use the hotel parking as street parking was limited . The hotel is close to Starbucks, great restaurants and coffee and bakeries.

Location

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. Air conditioning is an interior mobile unit, but we never needed it. Otherwise, the rooms are nicely laid out, clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. The staff was incredible. From the first to the last, they were all pleasant, kind, interested, and focused on our happiness and well-being. The hotel is ideally located to downtown Victoria. Easy walk to shops, coffee, retail, and restaurants. Highly recommend.
