Quick sleep while traveling. Clean, friendly staff

I would have liked the restaurant to have better hours for dining in a hotel. I had a great stay at the Clarion with exceptional service from the Front Desk! Thank you!

Difficulty to find entrance. Overpowering perfume in lobby. Washroom in lobby locked. Great service. Room is clean. Small bathroom. Matresses are terrible (too soft). Got approched by some begger in the parking lot.

We were traveling through the area and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, so we stopped here. The young woman that checked us in was excellent! Other than that, the place was pretty rough. There was a big blood stain on the carpet in our room, theseat for the toilet was basically falling off, if you pulled the bathroom door completely shut, you needed somebody to push it from the outside to open it because the door was in need of adjustment, the hallways were really dirty, and the room had kind of a lounger/ couch that was filthy. We were nervous about putting our suitcase on it, let alone sit on it. No way! You also had to enter the hotel from the back and it was a little bit of a sketchy area, so that was a little bit strange too. If we came back to the area we would not stay there again. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't real nice.

Left a little to be desired but not horrible.

Safety shelter for addicts next door parking lot make you nervous to leave your vehicle. no continental breakfast. Friendly staff but dated surroundings cleanliness about a 4 out of 5

Friendliness of the staff...quiet stay just what i like. I was on a pet friendly floor and heard any animals.

Staff was friendly rooms where clean. The restaurant food was excellent and bar staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

We didnt like the location, very dirty area but the clareion was updated and very clean. Staff were great.

We needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel provides security for the parking lot. They have a dedicated pet free floor for those with allergies. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was some areas of the room weren't cleaned, seemed overlooked, like a dirty hand print on the wall in the shower. And the provided items like shampoo and conditioner, which are multiuse, were all empty. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel, beds were pretty good could have used more pillows. Key card didn’t work had to be activated.

Room was newer but bathroom door did not close.Hallway leading to room was sketchy as we passed by a door that looked like it was broken by police.Bed was comfy but sheets looked a little worn.Toilet seat did not stay up.No open restraunt past nine and not at a good location.

Room was modern and clean. The pool was freezing.

The hospitality is good. Room was not the best shape, bathtub shelf ripped off and the tub floor was brown. Bed were clean.

Found 3 old, large blood stains on the bed sheets. Luckily we had 2 beds. Air conditioner kept turning itself off after a few minutes. Piece of gum was stuck to the cieling. Had a shower and the bathtub doesnt drain, was standing in two inches of water the entire time. After coming inside, went to use the hand sanitizer and it was empty, looked at the front desk clerk and said its empty, she replied with "I know", but didn’t fill it. We went to the pool, the heater was broken and the pool was freezing. Had to wait over 30 mins for the sauna to heat up and when we finally got in there, there was a large bug crawling along the woodwork. It looked like a cockroach but we didnt stick around to find out. When we left the next day there was broken glass in the parking lot next to our car. In short, we will not be staying here again.

Affordable but run down property. The room coffee maker was not cleaned from the previous guest and toilets do not flush well. It seems to have a good location but I do not know Sudbury well enough to say.

Staff are friendly and room is clean.
