The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was at about 60-65 degrees - like a cold plunge pool temperature. You could not swim in it. The sauna took more than an hour to “heat” up but you could not expect to get a sweat on in it. The top bench is so narrow that is is hard to be comfortable on it. The restaurant within the hotel was closed for the entire weekend - we had not been notified prior to our stay that there would be no food available on site. And we were not informed that the pool was basically unusable either. When we brought our concerns to the hotel desk they just said they would let management know. We really feel that a discount should have been offered - we booked that hotel for the pool/sauna and on-site restaurant.

Best gym if any hotel we stayed at and it’s open 24/7. Saved paying to go to a local gym. They had lots of equipment and was well maintained. Also have a sauna and pool. Very reasonably priced. We will stay there from now on when in town.

Both rooms were very clean. The only thing was the TV did not work properly in one of the rooms try to fix it did not work.

Aways an enjoyable stay

The bedding in the room had seen better days. There were holes in the duvet and the sheets were very thin. The heating was very noisy so I had to turn it off. There was no easy and safe entrance to the hotel with icy conditions outside. The staff was most pleasant.

The is a full restaurant which is great. Also a hair dresser pool and sauna. Always fresh towels and the staff was fantastic.

Charging 50 dollars for a small dog less than 15 lbs This is double the average

Overall the hotel was good. Just needed a place to stay, not fancy but didn't expect it to be. No concern with safety.

It was a good hotel for our needs. Friendly staff and easy check in.

We stayed here because the pictures looked good. Unfortunately when we got into our room there was a hair clip on lamp shade and hair on toilet seat. Then my husband and 3 year old daughter went swimming and had no idea you had to take your room towels, so they froze on way back to room. Also there were no clean towels available and we were told that W could call down in morning. So we did and only received towels about 30 minutes before we had to check out. For the place, it was extremely disappointing.

Our stay was pleasant. The beds were really comfortable. Our room was great. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the fact that the pool was chilly.. The shallow end was still to deep for our daughter who is just learning to swim. The sauna wasnt hot at all. i don't think it was on. I was looking forward to enjoying it.

I booked a Standard Room with King Size bed - when I got to my room (216) I was instantly blown away by how dingy and out dated the room was and then I noticed it was a Queen Size bed. I went down to the front desk and informed the person working the front desk and they then argued with me saying it was a King Size bed. I had a friend staying at the hotel and they were on the 5th floor, they booked the same thing as me Standard - King Size bed - I went to their room to confirm that their bed was a king and mine was in fact a queen. After doing this I went to the front desk and told the person working that it was in fact a queen size bed and there was no arguing this. They then “texted” their boss and made me wait a good 20 minutes standing at the front desk until they decided to call their boss. They went to a back room and returned minutes later claiming that the entire hotel was booked and they had no King Size rooms available. They then told me that on “their behalf” that they could offer me a 15% discount - I stated I wasn’t happy with that but apparently that was a “take it or leave it” offer, I had no choice. After this, I returned back to my room to find that the latch for the door lock was completely missing from the door and there was no way for me to lock the top of my door. The bedding was torn and ripped as if something had chewed it. The bathtub was dirty and I could go on and on… Overall I’m disgusted in the service and the cleanliness.

Very nice rooms. Close to everything downtown and helpful staff. The only inconvenience was there was no hot water the morning we checked out but I don’t hold this against the hotel.

Found the front staff on check in not very friendly, overwhelmed and I felt like I was bothering them.
