Staff is epic but the sunday morning church is super loud and the guest take up all the space . Be warned!!!

found the beds very soft, I require a firm mattress to get a good nights sleep and the TV channel selection was limited....

I come quite often to this hotel, it’s affordable and clean! The staff are always so friendly and helpful very accommodating!

That it is close to the places I need to be, clean and I like the restaurant

The hotel is a convenient location down town. It wasn't far to the arenas that a minor hockey tournament was using. My key card didn't work at the pool. Restaurant patrons opened door for me as it has only washroom on main floor. Front desk had to re-activate my key card 4 times on the 2nd day and evening.Maintenance attended to it the 2nd evening to no avail.that was annoying. The water was warm in the pool.

No cable in the room

It was a good experienxe the young man who came to help us with our tv was wonderful, he also helped us get ice cause the machine wasnt workong! My onlu complaint is the hallways and elevator was dirty.. we loved the restaurant also. Will.stay again!

We normally always stay at this hotel; however, this time we were disappointed. Our smelled of cigarette smoke, we were moved. The heater in room made a terrible noise when we turned it on. There was a microwave on the desk, not even put in its proper spot. We were disappointed this turn.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. Sheets were clean and the King size bed had 5 pillows! We had an extra toilet paper roll in the room and more towels than most hotels, all a plus. The heater in the room was loud but it wasnt an issue. Pool was clean but needed more towels and the gym was good, more equipment than expected - water, towels, fans were provided. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

It was filthy from stained towels, no shampoo in shower, enough sand in elevators to build sand castles. Only positive was check in manager was super helpful and nice.

Not terrible but not amazing

Many homeless people around. They don’t bother too much but it’s not a good look.

Staff were very friendly. Room was a bit dated, with a coffee maker and fridge but without a microwave. However, very clean and quiet. Restaraunt in the building had great fish & chips and friendly staff. Easy parking.

Hotel was clean, location of hotel in bad are of town

Room heater was so loud it had to be left off, froze all night. Night shift service representative Jason was terribly rude and miserable, seemed he didn’t want to be bothered by any questions or concerns

Area is very unsafe. Staff were very nice. Hotel was dirty. Pool is not in service.
