Hotel really needs some update. Its worth the money paid for. Excellent staff and breakfast option. Close to tourist spots.

The staff was very accommodating. Our A/C was not working in our room but the staff worked on it until it did work. The hotel itself needs some work. Paint is chipped on doors, carpets are in need of cleaning or better yet should be replaced, and hotel is very outdated. However on the positive side, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and items were warm. We would stay here again. The location is great!

Loved our stay at this property. The place was clean and room was spacious, it was well equipped with all the essentials. Appliances were working perfectly. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. Check-in and checkout were really quick and easy. Would definitely consider again in the future.

Bathroom has be used and abused. Mold and what looks like blood on shower curtian. Vanity looks like it could fall off the wall at any time. Not impressed given the price

Booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Checked in told our room was going to be complimentary because they didn’t have what we booked. Ended up with a room with 1 bed and no pull out couch

They need to renovate, especially the bathroom..

I liked the area it was in, it was close to where I needed to be the next morning. Only spent one night but it did the job. The fridge was bigger than expected. I like this because I had a cooler with me, and I could take the food out of the cooler and put it in the fridge. There was even a freezer for my ice packs

Air conditioning was on when I arrive in the room. A nice change compared to other hotels.

Intresting all facilities they given us during our stay make a memorable.

My only complain is the Cover comforter has a body odor smell on the edges. I have to switch it from the bothom to top . The room is fine and the bathroom.

The property was old and worn and not well maintained. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained and there was mould in the caulking inside the shower. The soap holder in the shower was falling off the shower wall. The continental breakfast was like a fast food restaurant with paper plates and plastic utensils. Disappointed overall.

Far below other Comfort Inns that I’ve stayed at. Lobby was adequate. Hallways and rooms in desperate need of new carpeting. Ok for one night. Would definitely not stay for any longer.

Breakfast

This hotel is 10 minutes away from the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. The front desk service is good, there is free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The room is comfortable and clean, but a little old. Everything else is good.

First of all we missed the sign Comfort Inn because it was blocked by lots of trees in the front of the hotel. Then when I told the staff about the sign which I had missed when checking in, she said nobody complained that in the past, which makes me feel I was blind or something. Basically she didn’t apologize or say anything nice but I felt that she blamed on us. Secondly, when I walked in the room, there was this really horrible odor smells that made me sick to my stomach, which I had never experienced in my life. We tried to spray with febreeze or even this expensive perfume in the room, but it didn’t work at all. As we stay in the room for a period of time, our sense got used to it and we knew we would be stuck in that room for a few days for our stay. However, if we leave the room and come back even for a few minutes the bad odor comes right back. The room was way too small for a two queen beds with no space to put anything and anywhere. The bathroom sink was so small that I couldn’t even put my cosmetic bag on the side. The lighting was so dim which makes the room looked dark all the times especially at night because I had to close the curtains. Overall, we were not happy at all during our stay. In my opinion, I think the entire hotel needs to be renovated based on our experience because it was so old and filthy especially the soaked carpets inside the room. So if you want your guests to come back in the near future, remodeling the whole entire hotel is crucial.
