The room was great and the staff so courteous.

Good breakfast options, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is OK, but what was really bad about our stay was the level of noise. Our room was next to the staircase and the entrance door, so every time someone walked by, it was VERY loud in our room. We could not sleep the whole night. The next day we requested to change our room, but the concierge responded that she could not do that without the manager’s permission, who was supposed to come later that day. We had to leave for the day, but we left our phone number, plus an extra one in case the first was not reachable for any reason. We did not receive any calls on either number. The next day at check-out, the concierge told us she was trying to call but no one picked up, which is clearly not true—we did not have any missed calls or voicemails. Then she pretended to be “sorry” for the inconvenience and we checked out. The main reason you book a stay at a place like this is to rest. Our rest was constantly disturbed by noise, and the management refused to take any action. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. On another note, the line for breakfast was very long (about 15 minutes), and they stopped refilling items at around 9:20 (breakfast was until 10:00 a.m.), so people who came later had very little left.

The reception staff were rude because they made a mistake when charging me for the room. They kept bothering and threatening me after checkout time.

The elevator was out of service. The curtain in the room is broken so we couldn't have full privacy, and the lights from outside kept us awake. Awful smell in the hallways. Room not really clean. Nice staff tho.

The room is great. It is inconvenient that the elevator is out of order during the stay. In addition, the waiting time for breakfast is long at least 30-40 minutes,
