Indien je ruim 2 weken ergens verblijft verwacht je wel tijdig schoon beddengoed en legen prullenbakken minimaal om de 2 dagen. Personeel deed zijn best, maar een vloer die vol met golven zit overal met tapijt er overeen is niet normaal.

Easy check-in, friendly staff and great breakfast. Excellent location, close to many restaurants. However, bed was a bit soft and lumpy.

Great location for Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountains

I had a wonderful stay and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Amazing location, super clean all around (and like smelt clean too), newer updated rooms. Our only issue was the breakfast. The hot items were not good (the eggs tasted funny and the potatoes were barely cooked). If you like cereal/toast/yogurt/boiled eggs it looked decent, but we saw there were hot options and we couldn't resist trying.

Couldn’t get near the breakfast to even see what it is. Super small space that packed in both the serving table and seats and just chaos. Doesn’t have to be this way. The hotel was packed. Everything else is great. Lots of space. Rooms were adequate. Parking is great. Staff is good. Do a ticket system for breaky perhaps. Charge for it or no for those of us who can’t get near it.

Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. I don’t want to say she is being racist maybe there can be another reason. However, overall experience was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for relaxing outing.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Not a lot of frills but the bed was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Found a half full water bottle on the floor between the bed and the nightstand from the previous guest. A/C wasn't working in our room.

Very clean, very large room. Comfortable beds. Great location, it's very walkable to many restaurants and shops. The hot breakfast was decent. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was great. They have the best hotel cook. Front desk staff was excellent. The room was old and dated. Lights were dim. Bathroom was too small. Only 1 bar of soap.
