Due to a flight delay, my check-in was delayed until after 2am, but the staff accommodated.

Nice.

The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch. The only thing I noticed was by the elevators under the hand sanitizers the wall needs to be wiped daily as there was numerous marks underneath from people/splatters

Was on a short trip to edmonton for my daughter's competition. Our bags arrived after 28 hours. Hotel staff from Jay to Mandy and day staff too were extremely empathetic and accommodating from giving us items which were needed needed for a comfortable stay until our bags arrived. Hotel wasvery clean and breakfast was huge. We will definitely cone back here if we vusit edmonton. Thank you

Rooms was very dirty. Curtains dirty. Fridge froze pop. The complete hotel needs a thorough cleaning. $10 for parking. However staff was very friendly

The ceiling throughout building had disgusting water stains, I paid for a queen size bed it was a double size and when I told them at the front desk, the worker tried to tell me that was a standard size queen like I was stupid, we had no control over the thermostat it was extremely hot in the room..

Check in was smooth. Room was clean. Good location.

They ran out of parking and we had to park in a unplowed alley where we were lucky not to get stuck. room keys did not work. 6 or 7 trips to the front desk to access our room and no it was not phone or electronic issue on our part. were able to rule that out. on a few of these instances the phones were still in the room. this was all on the first night, No heat in our room when we arrived. They briefly had it fixed but when we got up in the morning the room was sitting AT 10 C. this is in Edmonton where the outside temperature was -15. we decided to cut our stay short and head elsewhere. We were given a 25% discount but to be honest they probably would have been wise to refund us entirely. Shockingly, we won't be back

The room was not the room I booked on Expedia. The counter in the bathroom was broken and patched together with putty. There were cracks in the shower wall. The breakfast downstairs was appalling. Hashbrowns were way overcooked and dry and crunchy big disgusting smoky sausages that were overcooked, and the eggs were inedible. Honestly, we had two bites and we threw our plates away. Not how I remembered it.

The parking lot was full when we got there on New Year's Eve, 4 pm. We had to park in unplowed parking alongside the building. We would have got stuck if we didn't have a truck. Neither of the key cards worked, we had to go back to the desk twice to get them re-keyed. The room had a heater blowing hot air that we were unable to turn off, we had to open the window. Can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't have that. When we complained about the parking, they did give us a refund. The rooms are in dire need of a remodel.

Heat was stuck on in room told us to open the window
