A buddy and I were there to watch some Oiler games. The rooms are clean, hot tub and pool was open and quiet during the day. It’s within walking distance of the rink. Staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good. We have stayed there several times over the years. There has definitely been a few upgrades in the past few years. We will be back again next year for our annual Oiler game trip.

Was on a short trip to edmonton for my daughter's competition. Our bags arrived after 28 hours. Hotel staff from Jay to Mandy and day staff too were extremely empathetic and accommodating from giving us items which were needed needed for a comfortable stay until our bags arrived. Hotel wasvery clean and breakfast was huge. We will definitely cone back here if we vusit edmonton. Thank you

Rooms were clean and spacious! The hot tub and pool were decent but separate sauna rooms for male / female. There was an odd smell in the hallways and when u walk into the room, sort like stale moisture plus, you had to pay for parking which I assume is typical because of the central location
The breakfast was good, especially if you like scrambled eggs and bacon
Otherwise , it was a great place to stay !

The room was gross and we heard people screaming all night outside the window. Breakfast was overcooked and barely anything available. Paid extra $10 for parking. Mattress was stained and yucky. Staff was pleasant. That’s really the only positive. Honestly way over priced.

Everything was good, but this hotel needs some updates and a little more attention to detail and care. The breakfast room was very dark and the whole hotel seems a bit dungenous. The location is great for hockey games or concerts. The beds were fine and the view is also cool.

The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch. The only thing I noticed was by the elevators under the hand sanitizers the wall needs to be wiped daily as there was numerous marks underneath from people/splatters
