I stayed with my husband and two boys and it was a great time! We enjoyed the pool but the pool room was extremely hot. The railings going into the pool burned out hands. I couldn't sit in the hot tub. It was too hot. But we assume it was because it was a heatwave at the time. Breakfast was amazing! We would stay again!

I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this hotel. During our stay, we were placed in a room with visible mold. After reporting it, we were moved to a second room that also had significant mold. As someone with mold and dust allergies, this caused serious concern, and both my son and I experienced worsening asthma and respiratory symptoms. The most disappointing part of our stay was how management handled the situation. Instead of taking our concerns seriously or finding a reasonable solution, we were told we could leave—even though the city was fully booked and we had already paid over $1,000 for our stay. We were even told it was our fault for not travelling with enough emergency money, which I found completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, after being out all day, we returned to discover the television in our room wasn’t working and appeared to have been damaged before we arrived. Rather than simply addressing the issue, staff documented it in a way that made us feel as though we were being blamed for damage we did not cause. I have worked in hospitality, and this is not how guests should be treated. Cleanliness, safety, and professionalism should be the minimum standard. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed, blamed, and concerned about the health risks of the accommodations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only concern was the indoor pool seating area was very hot, as all the air condition units back were facing the courtyard section where the pool was located. Would be nice if they can vent that heat out somehow.

Upon arrival we noticed a few junkies hanging along side the building into the parking lot, not a big deal as they kept to themselves but a bit concerning if one had small kids and later on at night. Went into the lobby and was greeted by a nice gentleman and lady which checked us in. The lobby looked like to was under a bit of construction and the restaurant was permanently closed. I do commend they do have decent security in place aa the back entrance requires a key to enter come 11pm as well as the front main door (during concerts not so much as as they were still open at 2am) but you do still need your room key to swipe to gain access to the elevator in order to go to your room which is good, however front desk personal was no where to be found, while hotel guests food delivery service orders sat on the counter making it very easy just to take if a person wanted too. As for the 1st room it was very pleasant as the A/C unit actually worked and room was comfortable, bathroom is outdated and needs a upgrade as when trying to flush the toilet it wouldn't work, counter tops on sink was cracked, beds were comfortable, pillows could have been bigger. The blinds looked like something had been chewing on in this room as well as the second room which brings me to that, second room A/C didn't work extremely humid and hot making for uncomfortable sleeping, maintenance was supposed to come but never did. Have stayed here multiple times in the past and has never been this bad,

Great staff, accommodating and super helpful all around. Nice air condition in room with other amenities also. Secure, bright parking lot with security overnight. Over all would stay here again.

Hotel looks like its had some updates but the rooms are looking run down especially bathroom. The jacuzzi tub had rust around jets Bed was very comfortable.

The AC was subpar (if working at all) leaving the room beyond a furnace. Called the front desk and they had maintenance personnel come look at the AC unit, stating it was working to its fullest capacity (barely any cold air coming from AC unit when hands placed on top of vent) and offered a non-oscillating fan. The temp outside was 30+ and the interior of our room on the 3rd floor had to been at least 35+. The ice machine also was not working so no way to cool off or escape the heat temporarily. Would not recommend staying here during summer months or a heatwave.

the location was in a great spot downtown, but the hotel itself wasn't great. the keycards barely work and when you ask the staff for a new card or for it to be reactivated they get annoyed and the card still doesn't work! the wall paper was peeling and the ac did not work, which was awful for the summer. i would not stay here again.

Nice big parking lot outside for my truck. I stayed for the Outdoor Comedy Festival and was able to walk there from hotel. Stayed in the King Bed room which was huge! Comfy bed comfy pillows! Had shampoo and conditioner but bring your own body wash there was none (minor) Would definitely stay again!

Our first room didnt have AC, it’s 35 degrees out! And they moved us to a different room with no AC and gave us a broken fan. front desk man was very nice and helpful tho

Was what you'd expect for the price. Staff was really heat

Hotel is old, ripped carpets, a/c barely works. Bedding is ripped and bed sinks in the middle. Cheap place to stay but wouldn’t recommend.
