Breakfast was great, parking was good! Hotel is in a good area!

Room was clean although bathtub had hair in it… something under the coffee table… person who signed us in brought us to rooms at the very end of hotel eventhough we told him the room we wanted.. then he advised us that rooms had not been cleaned yet… but I did insist (nicely) which room we wanted & he didn’t seem pleased but he opened it & it WAS CLEAN… (I’m still scratching my head)…

The staff was very courteous, the rooms very clean, the breakfast offer beyond expectations and for the price off season a real bargain.

No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. There was a wait to check-in even though we were the only ones there.

Phone to call office, broken Hot water, absent got fixed and they didn't call me Next there was hot water but it takes 10 minutes to reach the faucet. Bathroom ceiling is disgusting and moldy Bath silicon is growing mildew or rotten Multiple stains on carpet, that wasn't vacuumed in a while. Clerk at frint desk doesn't seem to have sufficient knowledge of french and english. 2 official languages in new-brunswick. He doesn't seem to understand how the business should be run. Hotel back door doeopen for paid guests with card. I didn't stick around for breakfast, can you blame me? No discount made and halfhour later the room price was found online 30$ cheaper. So not a good experience with them and with you.

L’entrée de la chambre non déneigé, le parking et le chemin à moitié déneigé avec de gros morceaux de neiges, accroché le dessous de mon auto Pas d’adhésif sur la glace, les cartes d’ouverture des portes fonctionne très mal,à l’accueil pour te faire servir ça prends beaucoup de temps, jamais personne!Tres déçue de se Confort Inn comparé aux autre Confort Inn que j’ai frequenté!

Old heater in room needs to be replaced with thermostat. I spent the night being frozen to then being in a sauna.

Overall stay was great I had my train lad in the evening, and they accommodated me regarding leaving the hotel after checking out hours which was very kind from them. Simple breakfast, lots of parking space.

To whom it may concern I usually dont say anything about noise but this actually is not fair to us who paid for a room to stay for away time to study for a course we r taken and tge noise is extremely loud. Balls hitting our door kids screaming right in front of our door . Iam very very upset. Plus the smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us right in the face when we open the door also the amount of ice and snow we had to walk through and on to get to the door was extremely dangerous especially my husband and I have disabilities and walk with a cane. I almost wanted to go get a refund and leave . We did tell the front desk out complaints and other issues apparently cant be mentioned when leaving a comment, which i totally understand, but all the said to me was oh sorry!!!!!!.

All good and nice, the staff were damn helpful in providing the service and to make the car out easily during the snow storm

We stayed there 2 different occasions in January. There was hardly anyone else staying at the time so it was quiet.We brought our dog too as they allow dogs.All stores and restaurants are within 15 min walk which is very convenient

It was ok for the price.

It was easy to use the laundry room. The room was clean and we could easily get more towels and other items in the room. Breakfast was not so good.

Les rideaux etaient sales et en lambeaux. La peinture et le papier peint deplumaient des murs et du plafond.

Furniture was dirty and bathroom needs to be updated. The Bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode

We arrived later in the evening. When we went to our room, the bed was not made. The sheets were sitting on the bed folded up. Went to front desk to ask about it but they seemed to be too busy so we had to make the bed ourselves. When we checked out, we mentioned we would like a discount because of this but the staff did not seem concerned and did not offer any help.

When we arrived around 6 pm our room was freezing they had not turned the heat on and it was a cold snap that day. It took hours to warm up. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very polite but he couldn't communicate very well as he couldn't speak english well but we managed lol . We were in room 122 but the back entrance to the parking lot was not shoveled. There was alot of snow and I use a cane or walker. I feel it should be shoveled and salted so nobody slips and gets hurt. We couldn't find the guide on the tv either not sure if there is one but usually there is. The bathroom never warmed up the floor was freezing cold.

The staff was froendly and reassuring. The room was very clean and well maintained. The microwave was not working but the staff immediately offered to gave it changed if we wanted. Thank you.
