The bed was comfortable. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance.
Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The key worked fine for the room.

I had a beautiful service front Day front desk, the big problem was at breakfast, noisy toaster, staff unrespectable. The boy was stop the tv since we are looking for, put the food making noise to let us know to quit. He never be sorry, we think it had fun to act like this. Very bad breakfast experience. Pretty sure don’t go back in confort inn.

In general, the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The front desk staff did not speak English and that made it difficult to resolve issues. The phone lines in the room were down and the shower toiletries were empty.
