Parking was easy and i got to park outside my room which was nice. Full breakfast was good. Staff were always nice, polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit cheap feeling and the sheets were pretty worn, but overall i had a good sleep. The room was clean and had no smell, the walls had something like a soda or something sprayed on them that could be wiped off, but it didnt affect my stay. The view out the back windows were very cool. I could see the water between two ships.

When I got the room it was comfortable
But the first thing I noticed was the clean stuff did not clean the bathroom properly because there was a pair of ladies underwear left behind in the shower
And the white curtain and by the window, it's still torn up looks unpresentable but I did let the staff know what happened. And they made a note of it, but other than that.I do love staying at your hotel

Smells like smoke/musty. Walls and ceilings need to be cleaned. Rooms need a good clean. Lots of staining. Comfy beds though. Pillows are lumpy.

There was rain water comming from the exterior entrance door. Was cleaned by the receptionist as soon as I mentioned. Needs some maintenance, to avoid this.
The drain of the sink in the bathroom, was jammed, impossible to open completely, so it couldn't drain.

Kind staff. Room is ok. Ac unit in the room was not working. So staff changed our room. Next room was ok but the drain in wash basin was blocked which felt disgusting every time I had to use the basin.
Breakfast is ok.
