Breakfast was very good staff efficient parking easy

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast

Our hotel room was locked, because the electronic lock battery was dead. Miss my appointment in the morning.

This property is very close to the US/CAN border. Their property pictures look much brighter than reality. I upgraded to a “premium” room, which had a back door entrance for convenience to your car. Also, there was a bit of a view of the lake. There was a super Irish pub walking distance from the hotel just across the parking lot. The food was great and well priced. As far as the room goes, the beds were made, but it didn’t look fresh. There was big pieces of cardboard under the mattress, that’s stuck out from the mattress that you would gash your leg on every time you walked by. My husband’s bed was better in that the board had been pushed in further. There was a definite, strong Deodorizing smell when we first walked in, so I opened the door for a while to air out the room. Also, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet plane. If you’d like to sleep with noise cancelling sounds, you’ll be in seventh heaven.! staff was lovely and helpful. At least they had a disposable glasses in this place. The last days in we went to in London Ontario didn’t have any glasses at all or cups.!!

Nice breakfast buffet. Good variety of food. Lots of protein.

When I got the room it was comfortable But the first thing I noticed was the clean stuff did not clean the bathroom properly because there was a pair of ladies underwear left behind in the shower And the white curtain and by the window, it's still torn up looks unpresentable but I did let the staff know what happened. And they made a note of it, but other than that.I do love staying at your hotel

The TV didn’t work. Requested light and bathroom be changed and it wasn’t. Could’ve been cleaner.

Everything was great including breakfast and the price but the shower didn't have much water flow and the towels were inadequate.

Hotel is good and close to a nice water lake. The washroom may require little more maintenance but overall it is good. Good breakfast.

For the price the stay was decent.

Smells like smoke/musty. Walls and ceilings need to be cleaned. Rooms need a good clean. Lots of staining. Comfy beds though. Pillows are lumpy.

There was rain water comming from the exterior entrance door. Was cleaned by the receptionist as soon as I mentioned. Needs some maintenance, to avoid this. The drain of the sink in the bathroom, was jammed, impossible to open completely, so it couldn't drain.
