フロントの場所が分かりにくい。外に小さく表示が貼ってあるだけでした。 日本のホテルの様に室内はキレイではありませんので、潔癖症の方は他を探して下さい。

フロントの方が親切でした。有料の駐車場が敷地内にありましたが、6台が限界でしょう。出発の際に後ろに駐車していた車を移動してもらって、どうにか出られました。早朝にも関わらず電話したらすぐに持ち主の方が起きてきてくれたので助かりました。周りには飲食店もあります。ロジャースセンター（野球場）から徒歩40分弱でしたので、試合後、ぶらぶらとチャイナタウンなどを冷やかしつつ歩いてもどりました。路面電車も利用できそうでしたが、私たちは乗りませんでした。

立地はとても便利で良かったですが！タオルの交換はきちんとしてもらえましたが、お掃除があまりされなかった

It is family style inn. Very warm welcoming.

Hotel room was just gross, I saw two bugs crawling around immediately and there was a blanket covering a completely destroyed loveseat with springs poking out. When I left to find a staff member, I saw pills on the floor in the hallway. When I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to speak with I decided this hotel was not safe to stay at as a single traveler in a different country, and was forced to last minute find a new hotel. And now I am being denied a refund because I "could have said something."

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. What made the experience especially frustrating was the clear sense that ownership simply does not care about maintaining a clean, comfortable, or functional environment for guests. As many other reviewers mentioned, my room felt grimy and greasy. Nearly every surface felt dirty to the touch, and the overall condition of the room made it difficult to relax. The Wi-Fi was so slow it was essentially unusable. I had to work from a coffee shop across the street because basic webpages and emails wouldn’t load. In 2026, a hotel effectively having no working internet is unacceptable. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear conversations, partying, and noise from adjacent rooms as if people were inside your own room. The worst moment came on my first day when I grabbed a towel after showering and discovered a large stain that appeared to be blood and/or feces. Completely unacceptable. The underlying issue is that the owners either do not care about their guests’ experience, or they are incapable of maintaining the property to basic hospitality standards. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until major improvements are made. The condition of the property was concerning enough that I genuinely think the City of Toronto should inspect it for potential health and safety violations.

Great location. Parking sucks but they help you get a pass. Very friendly. Already booked my next room in 2 months.

Acredito que o melhor quesito seja o atendimento dos funcionários, depois a localização. As instalações são simples e confortáveis. A rua que aparece nas fotos é bem tranquila, e não há problema algum com barulho. A limpeza é "ok" em termos gerais, mas sendo mais minuciosa, não havia sido limpa a prateleira dentro da banheira, haviam diversos restos de sabonetes usados. Os suportes de aço do box do chuveiro soltavam um forte cheiro de aço nas mãos e toalhas. Tive um sério problema de vazamento no banheiro que foi resolvido enquanto eu estava fora. Porém, as toalhas molhadas e usadas para secar o vazamento foram deixadas embaixo da pia, e não foram repostas toalhas para que eu usasse. Tive dificuldade de encontrar o local de entrada quando cheguei, a noite, a sinalização para identificação não é fácil de achar na rua principal. Há apenas uma folha de sulfite impressa com o nome do hotel, e as fotos remetem aos fundos das instalações, não a entrada principal. O funcionário que estava à disposição foi prontamente me buscar, então não tive maiores problemas.

The room was super hot and when we started the air conditioning they came knocking on the door asking that we close it ? But on the table there is a paper explaining how to use it this is ridiculous and the shower had grey tape on it cause it’s broken and everything was broken weird place honestly its ok for one night but honestly 200$ for this was way to much

Great location for us. You get what you pay for . They are under some construction now. Looks like they are trying.

There was mould buildup on the shower, lightbulb burnt out, fire alarm very sensitive and kept going off while blow drying my hair. Very confusing to find as well.

Stayed here during my solo trip to Toronto and had a good experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and did what I needed it to do for the trip. The staff was helpful and responsive, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in. The location was also convenient for getting around the city and exploring nearby areas. A solid option if you want something simple, affordable, and well-located.

Tried checking out at 9 am, which I think a fairly normal time for leaving an inn, but no-one was in the office. Tried calling both the office and personal number, both went to voicemail. Found a maintenance employee and they said we can check out at 10am, which conflicted with our plans. We were told that the front-desk girl had a long night. We ended up coming back to the inn to check out. The room itself was good for a one night stay. Odd stain on one our beds, and the bathroom sink drains painfully slow.
