Upgraded to a courtyard room

Good spot

Worked perfectly for me. I had a single room in the building a few doors down. Simple, yet clean, and a small kitchenette if that is a need. Comfy bed and pillows. My single room had a double bed, so it may work for a couple. A great base to set up camp , and explore that Dundas West neighborhood in Toronto with all the local eateries close by, etc. Price was excellent for accoms in Toronto these days. On my radar for a spring / summer trip down the line. Quiet at night as well as a key system only lets those staying there access the building. The value is exceptional 👍

Clean room, friendly staff

The staff were nice when we checked in/out. The place was hard to find - no signs, just a door leading to a hallway. This isn’t a great hotel, it’s just a place to sleep, there are no amenities - no coffee, no ice machine, no shampoo, the sink clogged, the beds were hard and there were scuffs and wear everywhere. If you just need a place to crash, no complaints, it’s that. It was clean, there were towels, and the wifi worked.

The room was so cold first night

Location was the best part. Comfortable bed and great shower. Lots of city and road noise. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Very clean and safe for a budget hotel.

The place looks new and still getting up to par. It is nit too expensive, but you gotta be ready to make some concessions. If you're looking for luxury, this ain't for you.

Hintaan nähden majoitus kohtalaisen hyvä - parempi kuin olin ajatellut. Kylpylähuone oli siisti ja uusittu. Lakanoissa ja pyyhkeissä hieman tahroja, vaikka tuoksuivat puhtailta. Äänieristys todella heikko, kaikki ulkopuoliset äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen. Soolomatkailijalle alue ei ihanteellisin, mutta pärjäsi kuitenkin.

I was super tired after a red eye so they had the room ready for me early which was really nice. The room I stayed in really needed an upgrade and a good clean. The area has fast food and smaller restaurants, I saw quite a few homeless around, but I never felt unsafe.

Pleasant staff, small rooms but clean and updated bathrooms. Close to union station and other attractions. Would return

J’ai aimé le service du personnel toujours présent pour répondre aux questions. De façon globale nous avons passer de très bons moments là-bas. Les seuls points négatifs étaient la climatisation et la télé. J’avais tout le temps chaud dans la chambre parce que le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas correctement à 8 degrés au dehors j'étais obligé de perdre du temps au dehors pour pouvoir dormir après et la télé n’a jamais fonctionné non plus. Sinon le reste était merveilleux !

Apartment was not very clean, dirty dishes, unplugged fridge, bathroom fan did not work, bathroom sink plugged, very dark, no windows, very long and very narrow staircase, blankets uncertain. Expensive parking $20/day and difficult. Came back at 8:00 pm and could not park, not enough room. Quite the experience.
