Place was great, comfy bed, warm shower, lots of bars in the area so very lively on the weekend, would stay again...

A localização é ótima, com transporte público na via e restaurantes próximos. Check in/out bem rápidos. Entrada e saída da propriedade e do quarto boas também. Porém a limpeza muito ruim, e sem disponibilidade a mão de itens de cozinha e banheiro. As janelas também estava quebradas e não vedavam o quarto. Se ajustarem esses pontos, teriam uma nota muito melhor!

Great hotel that is affordable in downtown Toronto! The outside of the hotel and the lobby look a bit deceiving because it makes it seem like they don't have much to offer. Although, our hotel room was great! It was spacious, came with a small kitchen (sink, stove, mini fridge, microwave, cups, and utensils), air conditioning, closet space, and a beautiful washroom that looks like it was recently modernized. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. I absolutely loved how I was able to walk everywhere. The hotel was central to all the places I wanted to go to.

It was about a half hour walk away from where we needed to go and for the price the accommodations worked

Parking was $20 a night

The office was closed when we arrived. I specifically told the owner we were arriving around 2:30. He was not very responsive or quick to get us checked in. The room was decent but not fully cleaned. The room was very cold and controlled by the central cooling system. There were a ton of stores and restaurants nearby and you can hear it during the night.

I 100% would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to drive around a city block 3 times to find it. It did not look like the photos at all. Bars on one of the windows Called the front desk to find where to park. We were informed that there is limited parking and there was already no parking for the day but we could purchase street parking. This was not clear in the description I asked to speak to the manager to voice my concerns about the property, and when the manager got on the phone with me, he hung up on me when I started to tell him about my concerns I called back and he did not pick up his phone The amount of disrespect the manager and staff gave to me when I was trying to explain my concern was completely rude.

Decent property considering the price. Not too far from all the main areas downtown, walked a few times and also biked, accessible by city transit as well. Would recommend for travellers on a budget.

Overall the property facility is just fine but in my room there was a stand up air conditioner whose tube was not set up to go outside. I told them this when I arrived and was told that they would figure it out. They just turned it on but didn't connect the exhaust so it blew the hot air back in my room. that said, it was fine for sleeping, bathroom and shower and clean. it wasn't a very welcoming building or hallways and felt a little prisony. so i would go there again if I was really just going to use it to sleep and shower. because the price is right and the location was great

Okay for a short stay, could do with a lick of paint, some other minor tweaks too, but decent value.

The bedding was clean, quiet and nice. The staff was nice and there were many restaurants nearby

Good location, lots of restaurants and store around, quite place, poor lighting for outside gate to enter,

overall enjoyed our stay in a quiet area for a good price. front door was a little hard to find, but check in was smooth after that. i don’t think there’s an elevator so something to note w a heavy bag. room was in good condition overall but blankets & pillows had a few small marks, and the blanket was very thin. bathroom had no soap. area around the property is decently safe, there were a few people asking for money and stuff but only once felt a little unsafe. streetcar right near by.

Nice enough staff but dumpy rooms. Black mold and cob webs. Over priced for a crappy hotel.

Staff was very nice, it is on a streetcar route, bathroom was well kept. Overall was a pleasant experience.

I rested well, neatly and comfortably. The staff is so kind. There are many restaurants around and various cooking utensils in the room

Inn is in a good location with lots of dining options and walkable to most big attractions. Room was good for the weekend that we stayed. Temperature was good inside. Its not the fanciest Inn but does the job for a quick stay. The shower was either molding or just discoloured, we didnt use.

I don't know how this place is listed on Expedia. It's an abandoned property. The heating, the shower, and the toilet were all broken, and the sheets were filthy. The photos on their website must be from when they first opened the business. We only stayed 10 hours before we had to leave. We notified them that we were leaving. It was a complete scam, and now the management refuses to refund us for the three days we didn't stay, claiming they're a small business. And who is going to reimburse us for the cost of the new hotel we had to book at the last minute because of their negligence?
