浴槽又はシャワーということでしたがシャワーのみのお部屋で、このシャワーが非常に使いづらかったこと以外には大きな不満はありません。 フロント(受付)が徒歩3分ほど離れていたため、部屋を変えてもらえるか交渉に行くのも面倒でそのまま２泊しました。 そのフロントのある建物のカフェでの朝食が含まれていました。 ５種類のメニューから選ぶタイプで、クロワッサンサンドのセットを食べました。 ハムとチーズを挟んだサンドイッチも付け合わせのポテトも、出来立てだったらすごく美味しかったのではないかと思いますが、すっかり冷めていたのが残念です。 ホテルの周辺は小洒落た街並みで、バス停も近く、ロケーションは良かったと思います。

Good

We stayed for 2 days in November 2025. The good: the price, free indoor parking and location close to plais de congrès. The staff were nice and willing to try and make things right. The bad: you have to check in at another hotel. Then the parking garage is at another location and the hotel is next door to the parking garage but not attached. You are given a key to get into the buildng but no other instructions on where to find your room. There are no signs to give you direction on where to go once you are inside and several doors and stairs to choose from. Rooms in the 100's are on floor "A2". Which is up a flight of stairs. But there was no way to know that without going in several different directions. The kitchen has a stove from what looks like the 70's and doesn't work so they put an equally as old hot plate on the counter. The lamp with plugs don't work and we couldn't get the TV to change channels (and Im a techy). There was some kind of fight in the middle of the night on the street which involved what sounded like 30 people. The police came and went and people were still screaming outside. Then the people above us were stomping and running around the room at 645am the first morning and the next morning were moving furniture back and forth. There is no lock on the inside of the room door so if someone has the key to your room they can open the door while you are sleeping. Overall not a good experience...

Weird spot, dated.

It's like spending the night in the early 1990's.the age of the furniture and amenities. But was clean.

Room was across from a nightclub that had me up all night. Half the lights didn’t work, exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, and walls on the bathroom had stains that looked like dried up blood on the walls

Staff was friendly, room and bathroom were adequate, but no hairdryer.

Check in was smooth but in another building down the street. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was included, in an enclosed garage and located right next door to hotel, and I was able to get two entry fobs for two vehicles no problem. The hotel itself is not in excellent condition but the room was cozy, well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay very much :)

Very odd, check-in in one building, park in a second, stay in a third. But at check-in everything was made obvious and we had a good stay.

Check in and Check out is a block Away in another building. The place is dirty and broken

Room smelled bad, not comfortable bed. Lock in door needs ti be repaired. It closes, but not automatically. Above the shower you can see that the wall is going to have a water infiltration. You get what you pay for.

good value for the price. wifi is slow. smells a little funny. no elevators.

Good value! The pictures were fairly accurate. Check-in is off site as advertised, which is a bit awkward, but pretty clear. Parking included was great.

The accommodation presented a clean environment; however, the key retrieval and payment process necessitates visiting a separate location. Additionally, in-room coffee service was unavailable, and the heating system was non-functional.

J’ai apprécier la sécurité du parking et la grandeur du loyer ainsi la propreté ! C’est wow ! Le chauffage était brisée j’ai du mal dormi à cause le froid ! La femme du ménage n’avais pas l’air heureuse lorsque je lui parle exemple je peux prendre le débarbouillette il n’y en a plus de propre elle me répond oui oui mais avec son visage sans émotion … genre comme neutre… elle aurait pu me dire oui bien sure avec un petit sourire comme par respect ! Mais bon ! La relation entre le client et l’employer sont important !

Parking is secured but in another building, still convenient. Kitchen has some basic equipment. Air conditioning is good and shower water is super. Overall is a good stay.

Espace cuisine minimaliste avec peu d'équipement, mobilier présentant d'importantes traces d'usure, signe possible de dommages par l'eau au plafond, panneau de douche non-étanche qui laisse couler l'eau. Mais propre, stationnement facile (mais dans l'immeuble juste à côté) et dans un quartier paisible un mercredi soir.
