There is no reception which is the main issue, otherwise it's calm and clean

Room was clean however it was too noisy..

No laundry area, no réceptionniste. Lights are busted.

Staff at front desk a big 0 ! Slow, slow and slow. Don’t know how explain for parking.

Do not stay here. Its in a terrible neighbourhood- its filthy- it has ancient furniture that belongs in the dump. Blinds were all broken. The bedding looked worn and used and not clean. Its disgusting over all. I refused to stay in that room after seeing it. The local hostel is better.

The room is clean and well equipped. But the check in site is different from the room building and the parking is not quite easy.

L'hébergement pourrait être correct, mais l'endroit est très bruyant à cause d'activités extérieures qui ont lieu dans la rue toute la soirée et une partie de la nuit le samedi soir. Impossible de dormir.

Pour le prix, 109$ la nuit, en général, ce n'était vraiment pas cher. J'ai déja vu bien pire pour plus cher. Par contre, il y a un bar vraiment tout prét donc on entendait la musique et le gens tard dans la nuit. La climatisation ne fonctionnait. Une chance que nous n'y étions pas en plein milieu de l'été. Nous voulions passer le week-end a Ottawa mais ca aurait couté le double dormir sur place. Donc nous avons choisi cet emplacement qui n'est qu'a quelque minutes du centre-ville d'Ottawa. Le stationnement gratuit est un point positif. Sationnement intérieur très récent et sécuritaire.

This unit was very spacious and was much better than many hotel rooms at much higher rates.

J'ai apprécié le quartier et les services proposés. Nous avons trouvé la personne qui nous a servis peu aimable, mais je sais que le service client peut toujours être amélioré.

The studio was clean, comfortable and homely. You have everything and you can make your own meal.

For the price, the room was big and the kitchenette was nice to have. The building hallways were a little worn down, but no complaints about the quality of the room. It was about a 30 minute walk to Parliament, so reasonably convenient to walk to downtown. A good place to stay while visiting Ottawa.

Our room was above a very noisy road with loud partiers in the middle of the night around 3-4 am. Hallway felt dingy. Otherwise a bright and spacious room.

Overall, the property was good. Communication between the staff at the counter can improve. Especially regarding the parking tenure arrangement. There is always a pleasant way to reaffirm the arrangements made previously, just because those who work on the next shift are not aware of it. The location is convenient walking distance of Parliament Hill.

L’accueil était très médiocre. J’ai trouvé une personne désagréable qui ne connaissait pas le sens du mot accueil. Le préposé au stationnement aussi Sinon l’hébergement était propre Je ne vous le recommande pas à cause du personnel
