Do not stay here. Its in a terrible neighbourhood- its filthy- it has ancient furniture that belongs in the dump. Blinds were all broken. The bedding looked worn and used and not clean. Its disgusting over all. I refused to stay in that room after seeing it. The local hostel is better.

The room is clean and well equipped. But the check in site is different from the room building and the parking is not quite easy.

L'hébergement pourrait être correct, mais l'endroit est très bruyant à cause d'activités extérieures qui ont lieu dans la rue toute la soirée et une partie de la nuit le samedi soir. Impossible de dormir.

Pour le prix, 109$ la nuit, en général, ce n'était vraiment pas cher. J'ai déja vu bien pire pour plus cher. Par contre, il y a un bar vraiment tout prét donc on entendait la musique et le gens tard dans la nuit. La climatisation ne fonctionnait. Une chance que nous n'y étions pas en plein milieu de l'été. Nous voulions passer le week-end a Ottawa mais ca aurait couté le double dormir sur place. Donc nous avons choisi cet emplacement qui n'est qu'a quelque minutes du centre-ville d'Ottawa. Le stationnement gratuit est un point positif. Sationnement intérieur très récent et sécuritaire.

This unit was very spacious and was much better than many hotel rooms at much higher rates.

J'ai apprécié le quartier et les services proposés. Nous avons trouvé la personne qui nous a servis peu aimable, mais je sais que le service client peut toujours être amélioré.

The studio was clean, comfortable and homely. You have everything and you can make your own meal.

For the price, the room was big and the kitchenette was nice to have. The building hallways were a little worn down, but no complaints about the quality of the room. It was about a 30 minute walk to Parliament, so reasonably convenient to walk to downtown. A good place to stay while visiting Ottawa.

Our room was above a very noisy road with loud partiers in the middle of the night around 3-4 am. Hallway felt dingy. Otherwise a bright and spacious room.

Overall, the property was good. Communication between the staff at the counter can improve. Especially regarding the parking tenure arrangement. There is always a pleasant way to reaffirm the arrangements made previously, just because those who work on the next shift are not aware of it. The location is convenient walking distance of Parliament Hill.

A nice place to stay over. Budget friendly, quiet and safe environment, room is cozy and big enough for couples. Staff in the front desk is friendly.

The property is really close to downtown Ottawa and nearby attractions. It's small but has everything you need.

Very disappointed with my stay here. The lamp had a burnt-looking shade, there was no hairdryer, and part of the ceiling looked burnt or damaged. The bed wasn’t sturdy at all — it tilted whenever you sat on one side, making it feel like you could fall off. During a heat wave, the AC was so weak that the room stayed warm and uncomfortable, which I’ve never experienced in any other hotel. The TV wouldn’t connect via HDMI no matter what I tried, the tables were sticky as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the pillows felt like the cheapest ones possible. For the price, this place was a huge letdown and I wouldn’t recommend it. It should be 50$ a night at this point.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé. J'avais réservé 2 lits queen. J'ai été prise pour dormir sur un divan-lit qui n'avait qu'un oreiller et une légère couverture. J'ai dû demandé à la femme de chambre, le lendemain, de m'apporter une douillette et des oreillers. J'ai écrit à la propriété et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, alors prévoyez vos bagages en conséquences. Il n'y pas d'air climatisé dans les corridors et ça sent très mauvais. La chambre était très propre et très confortable. La douche est très mal conçue; on reçoit de l'eau dans le visage et dès qu'on ouvre la porte, c'est l'inondation dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est bien, assez fonctionnelle, mais il manque quelques items importants tel que des poêlons, des couteaux coupants, etc. J'ai dû demander du savon à vaisselle et éponge à la femme de chambre, probablement un oubli lors de la préparation de la chambre. Le jeune homme à la réception à mon arrivée était fort sympathique et la femme de chambre, bien serviable. Excellent rapport qualité prix, j'y retournerais maintenant que je sais à quoi m'attendre, par contre, j'aurais vraiment voulu que la direction me contacte lorsque j'ai indiqué le problème avec ma réservation. Je n'ai reçu aucun appel, aucun courriel, aucune accommodation.
