My room was clean and well equipped. The Brita pitcher was really useful. The staff is all friendly and helpful too. I sent a message about my late arrival beforehand, and they gave me a prompt response and advice.

Perfect to staying

改装した後でとても部屋はきれいで使いやすかったです。 が、床？天井？壁が薄いのか足音や物音が気になりました。 スタッフはとっても親切でいい雰囲気でした。

Good location and the restaurant was really good. The room I had on the first floor was right at side walk level so you couldn’t open the curtains with out feeling like a gold fish in a bowl.

We enjoyed our stay and staff did everything they could to make sure of it. This was the best place we have ever stayed at in Whitehorse and we are frequently in the area. Highly recommended.

The staff was great!

My room was small and not fancy at all basic. The hotel had a very nice location close to the river and shopping as well as restaurants. This is in a mining town in the Yukon so things are more basic than upscale. I enjoyed my time at this hotel so yes I would stay there again

The room was sparkling clean with everything one needs for a great stay in Whitehorse. Staff was one of the best I’ve seen!

Everything looked brand new. The guy who checked us in and the one who checked us out were very professional and kind

The room was great! Very clean, and the shampoo/conditioner/lotion/handsoap was amazing. No breakfast options besides the restaurant or out of the facility as far as i could tell. But everyone was friendly and helpful helping me find the parking lot

Don’t expect to be able to park there and the manager almost ensured my vehicle would be broken in to. We could not stay there due to their over full parking.

What’s the Edgewater is always a good spot. It can be a bit noisy on weekends.

Great stay, quality hotel, Jun at the front desk was amazing in customer service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Whitehorse area.

I really enjoy staying at this property when visiting Whitehorse. I prefer the 1 bedroom suite when available because of all the amenities provided for their guests needs and comfort. Seriously, they have thought of everything so that it is very unlikely that you will need to ask for anything else. I absolutely love how the kitchenette is completely fitted with whatever you could need to actually cook a meal and enjoy it!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The downtown location makes it very walkable to many places to shop, dine and visit. Dinning in at the Belly of the Bison is a nice option as well and I recommend trying it! The only drawback at all the very limited parking but unless you drive there it is no problem I suppose.

Nice modern clean hotel in solid location. Walls don’t block sound so noise at night isn’t good. Wish restaurant did breakfast

Really like the Edgewater when I stay in Whitehorse. The rooms are great and so is the staff. The Belly of the Bison is also wonderful. The central location downtown makes so many things just a quick walk away. I would give them 5 stars except the parking situation is very poor. Their 'parking lot' accommodates about 6 cars and almost impossible to get a truck in there as it also houses the dumpster. I had to park on the street both times I stayed. First time someone entered my vehicle and ransacked the glove boxes and contents of the truck. Parked right in front of the hotel!! It appeared nothing was taken. Fortunately that was a Sunday so didn't have to worry about the parking meter. Next time was a Saturday and I did not go out before 8am to stuff the meter and promptly got a $40 parking ticket from the City of Whitehorse. Just know if you plan on staying that parking is a challenge and if you park in a metered spot, pretty much everywhere is private or metered, they will give you a ticket Monday through Saturday. If you park in a private spot there is a high probability you will get towed or so I am told. Still love the Edgewater though!
