The front desk service has a good check-in attitude. It is a pity that it is possible to deposit a credit card for guarantee but cannot pay in cash. Walking in the room without slippers is unhygienic.

It is the best located hotel in Whitehorse and I have always enjoyed staying there. Comfortable even if not cutting edge fancy.

The staff is always great. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

My room was clean and well equipped. The Brita pitcher was really useful. The staff is all friendly and helpful too. I sent a message about my late arrival beforehand, and they gave me a prompt response and advice.

The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Every time someone would use the stairs, the thud, thud, thud would wake us up. Our room was the first along the hallway, so every room after us, we would hear the people going to and from their room.

That bed was so comfy! Stayed here for two nights, and had an amazing time. Excellent location; clean, quiet and comfortable rooms; great staff. Parking is limited, but I never had issues obtaining a spot. I was also blessed by some incredibly vivid Northern Lights on my first night. But yes, location location location. Shops, restaurants, the river walking path. I can't recommend this place enough honestly.

Whitehorse is beautiful, weather wasn't perfect, but one day it was so nice that we experienced northern lights outside the hotel.

The front desk staff is outstanding. Always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. They have an Nexpresso in your room and nice added touch of real cream in the fridge so you can have a nice coffee in the morning.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Allowed my dog and was a good place to stop traveling the ALCAN.

Room was nice, walk in shower, ate at the restaurant there. Food was great, as was the service. Location was fantastic, across street from promenade of the yukon river. 5 stars if we hadnt mistakenly gotten a call for a shuttle at 5:30......

Upon arrival I knew we were going to have a good night. This is a high end hotel like they used to have. Very modern and well maintained.i asked for a main floor room and they honored my request! The staff were kind and helpful during our whole stay. We loved being able to walk across the street to the coffee shop and the toy shop was so much fun! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
