Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!

From the incredible mountain views, lovely room, breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres, friendly, service oriented staff, Banff will forever be a beautiful memory. We are recommending the Fairmont to all our friends & family. Canada holds a special place in our heart. We love Canada!!!

My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff. We had lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at the Hotel’s dining rooms. Excellent Food, Service and Ambience. Wonderful! The Hotel is clean and tidy, and while a huge Hotel there’s lots of signs for direction. We enjoyed a couples’ massage as well as several swims in a well maintained pool. Overall, an excellent, 5 Star Hotel!

The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent.

The best hotel service we can recall from Michelle who greater us on our arrival and managed our parking, to Mikael who showed us around the Fairmont Gold experience and amenities, to Suku who managed our check in and daily needs. Panoramic view of the Rockies from our bay window at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs.

I have traveled around the world and this is one of the most awesome places I have stayed. The hotel is large but they have been able to have numerous small restaurants and bars (and put the conference center in a separate building) so that it seems like a small charming hotel. We enjoyed Fairmont Gold which made it even better with the lounge for breakfast and happy hour. On top of how outstanding the hotel and staff are - the location makes it even more spectacular. Even if you don't have your own car, they have shuttles to most places including Lake Louise. Food was great and staff amazing. I can't wait to return!

We had a fabulous stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Everything was seamless upon arrival due to our Gold Experience. The room was beautiful, the view spectacular, and all the Gold amenities spoiled us. I travelled with my 11 year old daughter, and I don’t think she realizes how lucky she was to experience Banff.

Easy access, hard to book a room here because its so popular had to book last year. Only thing didnt like about it was there wasnt any hot water at times. Even running the water constantly you wouldnt get any.

Amazing property, views were fantastic, I loved the outdoor pool & yoga class; staff was incredibly helpful; didn’t need to spend $ on food because the Gold Experience Lounge provides breakfast & snacks at dinner time (which is more like a good quality buffet); fireplace in room nice touch.
