Lovely suite with fireplace and full kitchen. Gorgeous bathrooms in this hotel.

Had good time. Only problem that u have to pay for parking which should be free

View was spectacular Would be good if community pool was included

I was travelling for Medical reasons but was not sure of the length of stay. I understood the rules of booking and cancelling, and the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, and across the street is a good spot for food.

Always treated really good whenever we stay.

Wish there was more available at the hotel like a pool and or a hot tub. I love the hotel and will continue to visit. Love the 1bdrm King Suites! Feels like a home away from home. Jacks Place is great for meals and a cold beer!

Beautiful clean suite. Super close to golf courses and restaurants.

Very clean, nicely appointed. No food in the hotel, but there are so many options in the immediate, walkable area that it’s not an issue.

Clean room, they changed the smell and brand of the body lotion. It was amazing

You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.

The room rate quoted by Expedia was not the rate chargrd by the hotel.They increased it by $30 the second night and just over$50 the 3rd night. the kitchen was lacking an appliance and the room lighting was terrible.The staff were very pleasant.This a beautiful location ,it's too bad they are deceptive in their advertisung.

This was an excellent facility for our stay in Victoria! Lots of room, comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen ..

The deadbolt on my door wouldn’t lock and there is a sign on the door that says make sure you lock your door. When I informed the front desk they really didn’t seem to care and asked if I would still mind staying in that room. I was not comfortable so I asked for another room. Then I was asked if I could just go the room for a little while until someone came to fix it. I let them know I had dinner plans in one hour and needed to get ready. I was then asked if I could just get ready in the room. I was not comfortable taking a shower and getting ready on a room that I couldn’t lock the door. Reluctantly and after some time I was given another room. Besides the unpleasant check in (the woman that was in training was doing her best but it seemed the lady training her was not very helpful) the rest of the stay and the room I eventually got was lovely. Spacious with kitchenette and very large bathroom with great soaker tub that filled up really fast. Big closets and hallway and nice work station and dining area. The patio was great too. The restaurant Jacks next door had a great menu and was quite good. They cooked my steak perfectly. Nice friendly ambiance with a large mix of different people and all ages. Parking was nice and accessible, the activities center with pool and gym was $30 per day and worth it. The golf course is nice and the views everywhere are tremendous. Enjoy.

Great service and very accommodating. Rooms are large and next door is everything you need. Definitely worth staying at.

Best room I’ve ever had it was massive, not noisy with a balcony and amazing bathroom

Love staying here as it is so peaceful. Unfortunately things were abit off this stay. Dry blood 3 large drops on the comforter near my face but as not on cover didn’t know until last night but was exhausted and flipped it. No fan in bathroom, mop dirt lines along tub and sink taps very loose.

Great clean room with all the amenities we needed. Very large room.

Didn’t see laundry service. No pool. No amenities except for lobby coffee machine. In room kitchen was great! Good staff.
