Very clean, spacious, and well kept. Will return here.

Great spot and great location

Room was not available until well after 6:30 PM and hotel would not provide any accommodation for the wait - not even waiving parking fee. Hotel Reception person provided no greeting upon arrival and was not friendly. Rooms are nice but two clamps were holding the balcony glass in place. Bed was comfortable, just needs staff that are friendlier and more helpful.

We had a wonderful, comfortable quiet stay! Lovely view of Mount Finlayson and greenery/golf course from balcony, spacious room with great AC that we could control, nice kitchenette, very spacious bathroom with soaker tub and a great makeup magnifying mirror! Beds were very comfy, all was very clean! We enjoyed dinner at Jacks across the street and a nice evening stroll around the area to enjoy the views. Definitely will stay again!

Beautiful spot for a getaway.

The staff seemed highly disinterested and unwelcoming. The property is okay. It was a bit weird and underwhelming after a long day of travel to drive up 50 mins away from the city and check-in. Very disappointed.

We spent three days at the hotel while I was in Victoria for a medical procedure. We found the hotel very restful, very clean and within an easy drive of the hospital and downtown Victoria.

Like the quiet and being surrounded by park and golf course. Vending machines were not shown on floor diagrams, so I asked person at desk., was not aware of any sent me across the laneway to restaurant that was closed. Found vending machines next day. Juice , coffee and water machines in lobby offer free are turned off at noon, bizarre. Parking 10$ a night, should be included, free parking approx 300 metres away. Overall rooms are very nice, and surronding area beautiful. Would definately stay again and would recommend.

Very enjoyable location overlooking a golf course in the mountains. Easy access to downtown Victoria. Would gladly stay here again.

Very nice hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and great view. Only complaint - common to many hotels - is lack of lighting. But overall great stay.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious. The only thing was the air conditioning units on the balconies were extremely noisy, loud. You could not sit out on the balcony as it sounded like a turbine engine. Could not enjoy the view of the golf course.
