小さい子供のいるファミリー向けホテルでアメリカンな感じです。 レストランにラーメンがありましたが、インスタントラーメンよりまずく、マヨネーズソースがかけてあったのが残念でした。

Visible rust on park slides, you can tell this place was not upkept, and no maintenance was done on it

Staff was good, bed had worn a dent into it

Breakfast are great. Pool are not too busy. Kids had no problem in waiting since not too busy or crowded when arrived

we had a great time during our stay there but the only thing i wish they had was amenities in the room besides just coffee considering we paid a lot. but overall it was great!

Room is clean, staffs are kind. Kids like the water slides so lot. Food is OK.

The programs and staff helpfulness. The Antler restaurant food was so delicious. The pool staff were so attentive. The store staff at the front went above and beyond to prepare a Christmas gift for my daughter and bring it over to our room late at night after she was asleep.

First-time guests: unwelcome and disappointed. Limited accessible parking despite plenty of reserved timeshare spots. Check-in was a mess due to staff error. Rooms are outdated; water park is overpriced and inadequate (only 4 changing stalls). Maintenance required multiple visits to fix the TV. Frustrating water park rules: towel scanning/fees and zero signage for 'multiple-rider only' slides until you reach the top. Poor communication and lack of efficiency. Not worth the premium price.

Staff were amazing.Room was clean when we checked in.Didn’t know that they clean the room once in 3 days only.Never heard that before! The water park itself was very entertaining and the kids enjoyed it.The flush in our bathroom was faulty.Overall mediocre experience for the money we paid.

The staff were friendly. The room could use more chairs when a family of 4 is staying in the room there should be 4 chairs at the table. Whoever was in the room above us were extremely noisy(doors slamming, thumping noises at all times of the day). Need more activities for kids 12 and up, my kids were bored and we likely won't be coming back.

Great time !

I have been here a number of times and usually at the same of year when it’s busy but lately it’s becoming increasingly understaffed, so you end up waiting in lines a lot, for everything, even coffee. The room did not get housekeeping service on a multi-day stay, we ran out of tissue paper, toilet paper, and only got two coffee pods for 5 people for multiple days. The restaurant opened late for lunch. These are all the things that happen when you try to trim staff to increase profits. The food is terrible (think greasy high fat and sugar, low flavour and quality, American style fried junk) but that’s nothing new I assume they are just trying to cater to their audience. Bring your own food unless you want to eat carnival food every day.
