小さい子供のいるファミリー向けホテルでアメリカンな感じです。 レストランにラーメンがありましたが、インスタントラーメンよりまずく、マヨネーズソースがかけてあったのが残念でした。

Water Park section was very good. Clean and service was great. Security every where. But Rooms and Mattress was Ok 3Star.

We had such a great time during our stay! I informed them that our arrival will be in the middle of the night, someone from the resort called and made sure to get information, checked us in ahead, when we arrived the night manager assisted us efficiently. We tried the in-room delivery as well as breakfast at the Norwood Pizza, the prices are cheaper than Tim Hortons food is better, service was excellent. We had milk tea, coffee, ice cream from different cafes in the resort - all are reasonably priced. We were coming from NL and we had family coming from AB as well. It was our first family vacation and we loved every minute at the resort. We’ll definitely be back soon as kids and adults enjoyed all amenities & activities! Thank you and Kudos to all the amazing staffs! Every family with kids should experience a minimum 2night stay at this resort! Well-maintained and family-friendly. Absolutely loved our stay! Expedia also made the booking possible!

Were satisfied with everything

Water park was amazing. Kids loved it. Restaurants were very good. All common areas were very nice. The rooms need updating. Washroom was small and cramped. Beds were not very comfortable. It was clean but some upgrades needed.

Didnt eat breakfast cause i ate burgers for lunch n it didn't taste good at all so i didn't want to try breakfast.

The place is great for all ages. My kids loved the wolf hunting and other paws pass activities! Recommend for family with bigger kids since the water park slides are challenging for little kids.

We just wrapped up a two-day stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and honestly, it was one of the most vibrant experiences we’ve had in Niagara Falls. The standout feature was the open property—the layout is just fantastic, offering a sense of freedom as you move around. Our room was a bit of a trek from the lobby—it required a long walk through a corridor—but that was really the only drawback. The water park was a total blast—our kid was in heaven. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment, but the service stood out. Staff were always around, super friendly, and quick to help, even when the place was buzzing late at night. The whole property felt alive—no matter the hour, people were out, whether in the lobby or just wandering around the grounds. This was probably our 10th or 15th visit to Niagara Falls, but it was our first time staying here—and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a dynamic, always-awake resort in Niagara, this is it.
