小さい子供のいるファミリー向けホテルでアメリカンな感じです。 レストランにラーメンがありましたが、インスタントラーメンよりまずく、マヨネーズソースがかけてあったのが残念でした。

O quarto temático era muito bom. O banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior e com mais espaço para guardar coisas. Como o hotel é muito grande, poderia ter mais opções de lugares para comer ou alguma espécie de mini mercado dentro. A água do complexo de piscinas fechado poderia ser um pouco mais quente em dias muito frios.

Great experience!!! Feels like an indoor Caribbean vacation… what a great weekend

I am a multiple-time visitor to this place. Unfortunately, this time the heat in my room stopped working and it was 58F/14.5 °C in the morning. I complained through text with Willow and they didn't offer a discount or a reimbursement for my troubles. The Hotel was full with waiting lines for everything. The waterpark's vapors made everyone's eyes burn, cough, and my kid with asthma experienced shortness of breath. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend GWL Niagara for kids with asthma or sensitivities.

Sadly, our visit to Great Wolf Lodge was not what we expected. We've been here several times but this visit was very disappointing. Our room was not ready at the communicated check-in time, the pizza from Northwoods Pizza was mediocre and the high chlorine levels in the waterpark paired with the poor ventilation forced two members of our party to leave the waterpark as their eyes were burning so badly they simply couldn't stay. The waterpark itself felt extremely cold as did the hot tub, which is ironic! All of this put a damper on our experience and we will not be returning.

The staff were all absolutely amazing and seemed so happy.

Gwl. The tub was a little slow draining. I'm injured and didn't like my room so far from everything. But that's fine I'm sorry I didn't have any cash to leave for the cleaning staff . I

Amazing family time . We loved it. My only complaint is the first nation cultural appropriation gotta go. No room for racism at family establishments.

Clean Rooms and friendly staff

We loved our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The kids had an amazing time with so many activities and rides to enjoy. They especially loved the arcade and laser tag, which kept them entertained for hours. I really enjoyed the outdoor adults-only hot tub (18+), and the lazy river was so relaxing and fun. The food options inside the lodge were also very convenient and good. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family and we had a wonderful time.
